If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This house was everything we needed it to be for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect for exploring Bentonville and Bella Vista. After a full day of hiking and museum-going, the living room was cozy for kicking back and watching football. The kitchen was well-appponted with everything we needed. And the spacious backyard was much appreciated by our pup. We’d definitely stay here again on future visits!

This house rocks for cyclists, pet lovers and Eagles’ fans. While it is t Hotel California, you can take it easy and enjoy all Bentonville has to offer. We had three riders in the Big Sugar race, and the garage is equipped with a bike rack, bike stand and tools. Our dog enjoyed the big back yard and the home was spacious for four people. The kitchen was well equipped, too. The beds were comfy and it’s decorated well and with Eagles memorabilia. Thanks for the great stay!

The Eagles Nest was perfect for our group. The location was spot on for the things we wanted to do, close to downtown and easy access to several trail systems and a grocery store close by. Every detail of the house was carefully planned from coffee supplies to laundry supplies to comfy bedding. The Eagles decor was great! One guest said the only addition should be a sign on the door saying, "You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave" sign! We are from Austin and know the owner, Don, and we were very pleased with our stay. We'll be back!

The house was charming and clean. We were never able to get the keypad code to work. Thank goodness there was a lock box with a key. This was a dog friendly home for small dogs. The dogs are not allowed on the furniture, which isn’t very dog friendly in my opinion.

We were visiting friends in Bentonville and this house was in very close proximity to theirs. Awesome bike trails nearby with easy access. Mojo Bike Rentals were close, friendly and helpful. Wal-Mart right around the corner. Town Square was also close with great restaurant options. The house has extremely comfortable beds! Nice fenced in yard for the family dog. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean and comfortable. They have everything you will need for a great trip. Tristan’s trail was the closest place to drop in and was great for entering and exiting Slaughter Pen. The location is close to Mojo bike shop and Mojo rental shop should you need those. A really nice Walmart grocery only is just around the corner. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the house! Everything was so clean and decorated so neat! We have a friend in a wheelchair and should have checked on doorway specs because she could not fit through the bathroom doors, but that was our fault for not checking. We will definitely be back to the Eagles Nest!

Clean, nicely decorated and well equipped,. Great location. Short ride to MTB trails and downtown Bentonville. Garage is nice for storing and working on bikes. Looking forward to out next visit.

You could have more Kleenex and the flag out front is not displayed properly. There were dishes in the dishwasher that we didn’t know if they were clean. We did not cook or eat any meals at the house. Overall it was a very good experience

We enjoyed our stay with quiet peaceful evenings entertaining our 5yo we brought for bicycling adventures. The location was close enough to bike to downtown and bicycle trails if we chose to as well as a run to the grocery store if we needed anything.
