The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Our stay was great. We locked our bikes up in the shed.. We walked to the downtown area when it wasn’t raining..The car port proved nice while loading the car in the rain.

There were mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets and in the lower bunk beds. A mouse ran across the kitchen floor while we were there, and there was evidence of mice everywhere. The cover to the outdoor crawl space was off, leaving about an 18-in square that anything could come in to the house through. The water filter needed to be replaced, the front right burner of the stove didn't work, and there was mold in the washing machine and keurig. The biggest issue was definitely the mice. The duct work appeared to have nests in it, which meant it was blowing all of that debris into the air whenever the air conditioning was on. We were all congested the whole time, which had a negative effect on our stay.

The location was great, the house had plenty of space for our family, it was very clean and the decor was nice. We were disappointed that the house did not have a grill as stated on VRBO. I also thought that since the house can sleep 12, that it would have been nice to have a regular coffee maker(not a keurig) and more pots and pans for cooking.

This house was perfect for a recent girls trip weekend! There were six of us and the home provided plenty of space. The kitchen was a great size and the living room was very large. All the amenities an extras we needed were in the house. You cannot beat the location! We walked a couple of blocks downtown to the square to have lunch and shop all afternoon. I loved everything about this house. It was perfect and I would definitely come back and stay here again!
