This fully furnished home has spacious bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, onsite laundry, and more! Conveniently located just outside of Memphis, but close enough to enjoy all the amenities. Just minutes from shops and restaurants and 30 minutes to downtown Memphis! With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this home can sleep 23! No matter the reason for your visit to Memphis, we are sure this is the perfect place to stay! We would love to host you! The Space: Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside the entryway, the dining room with large farm table will be to your right and the stairway your left. Through the entryway, straight ahead, you will enter the living room. In here you will find a large queen sleeper sofa, two comfy arm chairs, a large SmartTV, and desk with office chair. Please note the beautiful fireplace is unfortunately not operational, but we think it adds charm to the home! The fully-equipped eat-in kitchen connects the living and dining rooms. With plenty of storage for groceries and counter space for food prep, we are sure cooking in here will be a breeze! A second dining table in this space provides seating for 4 guests! This home has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The first floor has one full bathroom, a half bathroom, and two bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms have a twin over twin bunk bed and a futon, perfect for kids! The additional two full bathrooms and two bedrooms are upstairs. The first room upstairs is huge! It has four full size beds. The next room has two full beds. The last room is the master bedroom. This room features a king bed, futon, large SmartTV, a desk with office chair, and an ensuite bathroom. The last full bathroom is located upstairs in the hallway, easily accessible to all guests. A screened in patio with a table and chairs is located just off the living room. Enjoy the private, fully fenced backyard from the comforts of being inside! Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The Neighborhood: Our home is located in a residential neighborhood on the east side of Memphis. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

Couldn't even stay in the house; it was dirty, smelled horrible and not wheelchair accessible as it was supposed to be. Definitely not happy because, then we had to change the place to stay at right away because we couldn't stay in the house we originally planned for.

Downstairs a/c did not work, we reported it. No one came to fix it, so instead of being able to prepare our meals as planned , we had to go out for meals and sit on back porch to visit because the living room and kitchen were to hot. There were no plastic cups that children could use. Only glass. No trash can in the master (. That wasn’t major, just an inconvenience). The major inconvenience was the a/c! We were offered a refund of 98 dollars, which I believe was very insufficient, as the cost was over 1200. Will not stay with any property under Patriot again.
