Most convenient premier location in Huron! Our property is less than a 10-minute walk to sandy beach and sunsets like no other at famous Nickel plate beach. Several of Huron's best restaurants are a couple minute walk away; local favorite Marconi's is right across the street. Also within walking distance are grocery stores, Dairy Queen, Drug Mart and much more. Everything in this entire house is remodeled from top to bottom including all 3 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, paint, lighting etc. and all furniture brand new. This quaint little lake/beach neighborhood is cozy, safe, and comes alive in the summertime. Tons of places to walk to and plenty of parking. House has two living rooms. One on the upper level and one on the lower level. There is a large kitchen with dining area, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The large backyard has a porch area with a dining table and chairs. There is also a fire pit with seating as well. Lake Erie Adventure Kayak Rentals and Paddleboards are nearby as well.
