One with a sea view and the other with a view of the swimming pool. - an independent studio with a double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and WC. Large bay with sea views from the studio. A large lounge/dining room opening onto a beautiful terrace balcony with splendid views over the Bay of Saint-Tropez. The lounge is equipped with a connected television, audio-visual system and a fireplace. 3 kitchens are available for your stay: - the well-equipped indoor kitchen close to the living room - the outdoor kitchen with its gas barbecue and very large terrace with magnificent sea views - the studio's fully-equipped kitchen Another terrace, again with sea views, opens onto a private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool. The pool is maintained and cleaned weekly and is secured by an electric cover. The pool can be heated on request from early April to late October. You can relax in the sun on the sun loungers on the villa's various terraces or in the shade. New for 2024: a petanque court with magnificent sea views is available in the garden of the house.
