We are located about a mile from a community favorite-Audubon Park and about a mile from the Spokane River, and 3.5 miles from Downtown Spokane. Audubon Park is 27 acres of wooded and grassy spaces, playgrounds, splash pads, ball fields and basketball courts. You can also wander up to the school and utilize their toddler-oriented playground in their fenced-in play areas. Audubon Park is also a popular destination for events. On those long hot summer nights, you can sometimes enjoy an open air concert. Guests have access to all areas of the home including the garage and fully fenced private backyard. The only areas not included for guest access are two closets that remain locked. Easy contactless check in with your own smart lock code.
