Tranquil, cosy nights in and time to relax. Walking distance to everything.

Passable

Nice apartment. Good location.

No instructions for the heating. Heated towel rail did not work and the team managing the accomodation did not remedy the problem despite repeated emails from the day after our arrival. Good at promises but not at delivery!

Lovely and confortable apartament

The apartament is very spacious, confortable and modern. Very well equipped.

Its difficult to find the entrance of the building and the instructions we had to unlock the front door were not clear but the support did function quite well. There is a guarantee of a significant value (aprox. 300 pounds) but it is refundable, There is a building under construction just beside the living room window.

Excellent from start to finish, from the beds to the cleanliness and helpfulness of the hosts

Everything was great from start to finish, the hosts are so east and quick to get a hold off and helpful with queries. The place itself was amazing and exactly what the photos show, and the beds were sooo comfy! The whole apartment was great and we will 100% be coming back for more then 3 nights!

Superb

The apartment was great. It was clean, modern, and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped (with appliances and utensils that were clean and undamaged). I don't think we had any issues with the apartment what so ever. Ample parking spaces - permit provided. WiFi provided. Very short drive to Hayle and Godrevy Beach (both of which we preferred over St. Ives). Only a twenty minute drive from St. Ives.

The apartment is surrounded by several building sites, so the view was not great, but with that being said, the kids did enjoy watching the diggers and other construction vehicles. And to be fair, the noise could not be heard inside the apartment, which was good. Also, the short walk to the beach is only accessible if you're an able adult, as you have to walk down cliffs and sand dunes - getting back up would be impossible with kids. We went with this apartment because we thought the beach was a walk away.

Our stay was pleasant as we were visiting family for a surprise party in Helston

Satnav did not recognize post code or address so we could not find the apartment plus the car park was marked up with such small letters saying The Yard it was hard to see so getting there was a bit stressful. we had to phone the office a couple of times for instructions. Blinds or curtains are needed in the lounge with the building work going on opposite and the sun blaring in first thing made the place hot.

Modern apartment but building works right outside

Very modern and comfortable apartment with washing machine

Lift was out of action prior to our stay and we were not informed of this. Also building works right outside were noisy from 8am - 5pm and visibility invasive into the living room ( no curtains) and bedroom

We do recommend the place for a short stay and it is perfect for a family but more accurate cleaning should be consider

Beautiful modern apartment with all the facilities. Easy excess, comfortable to stay with the baby.

We didn’t realise that building site is next to the block of the apartments we were living and the place was not very clean. Finger prints and oily kitchen cupboards were left from probably previous residents.

Overall it was a good stay and would mostly likely come again once building is fully constructed.

New built property with all amenities including Wi-Fi. Close to areas we wanted to visit. Local stores nearby and accessible parking.

Current site is still under construction. Our living room was missing curtain to the window in the living room direct to where construction was taking place which didn’t allow for privacy. Also ran into some maintenance issue with the hot water but this was fixed relatively quick.

A very presentable apartment, in great walking distance of a beautiful beach.

Very well-presented apartment - with a very large bed that is incredibly comfortable. Lovely location to be able to walk to the three-mile beach. Very well insulated - could not hear any other people within the building.

- Lack of aircon or fan - with the room facing the sun, it gets very hot. - Would suggest a mix of soft and firm pillows to help account for every individual's sleep style. - The bedding smelt of a stale wet dog - this had to be washed. - No notification that the property is on a building site and, therefore loud building sounds from 8 am to 5 pm. - The communal door to the whole block of apartments was always left open (maybe a maintenance issue) - Despite paying a £75 cleaning fee- the floors of the apartment were dusty and dirt on arrival.

Mini break family of 4 stay in North Quay Hayle

Clean and modern appartment with most items required for a self catering stay.

The appartment is on an active building site and builders were able to look through into the living area each day which ruined the privacy. The curtain rails were installed in a way which prevented the bedroom windows from opening. The terrace furniture was broken and not usable. The view from the appartment is of a building site and not good at all sadly, it should be noted on the property description that it is part of an active building site and disruption is to be expected.

Very good

The flat was very clean and well decorated...and have all the facilities we needed.

No wi fi after the first day...and the terrace wasn't finished ... So we couldn't enjoy the outside space...

Apartment in Hayle

Quality apartment which was spacious and clean. Furnished with high end furniture with a lovely outside sitting area which was great for just chilling out. Great location for touring Cornwall allowing us to either drive around or go on walking tours.

Can see that the building is still under construction so was a bit dusty in the public areas and if you happen to open any of the windows. The apartment does get really hot in the afternoon so one has to contend with having the windows open at some point. The downstairs lift area is also not well lit with construction lights being used to light it up. Also hard to find the apartments using the given post code so suggest they provide more detailed directions. One big downer is the owners expect you to leave the apartment ready for the next guest otherwise you get a hefty charge on your deposit. They need to just state that there will be a cleaning charge which is not included in the price per night.

Exceptional

We enjoyed staying at this apartment,very affordable, the rooms are lovely with comfortable bed, clean bathrooms, walking distance to the beach ,near to St Michael’s mount, minach theatre, lands end
