This is a complete condo. Excellent for family visits. all facilities that any home has. very close to the falls.

The main bedrooms were a little small for the beds, but for a short stay, this isn't a problem.

We liked everything about it, location, facilities, easy communication with host, cleanliness and how the apartment is located close to everything. It was perfect for us as we didn't need to drive a long distance from the falls after a long day. When we visit Niagara Falls again we will be booking the same condo again for sure!!

It was new, clean & fully equipped. Small but cozy with 2 bathrooms & a nice terrace. It takes 4 minutes with a car to arrive to the falls.

Dirty paper towels behind the couch-no soap in bathrooms- furniture not comfortable

The facility was clean, and it was easy to contact the staff. They were very quick and receptive.

The description said 3 beds and didn't specify, it was 1 bed and 2 sofa beds. The stairs were also very steep and hard to move our items for a family of 4.

The house was interesting in the layout, did not expect the stacking concept but was delightfully surprised by that aspect! The cleanliness and availability of so many utensils and amenities was amazing, unparalleled to any AirBnb I've ever been to, honestly.

So the title is a bit misleading. There's one proper double bed, one sofa bed (which is more of a sofa and less of a bed) and another sofa that's not a bed. We were only 4 people and were only staying overnight so it wasn't that bad but we were kind of taken aback when we saw the bed situation IRL. Not at all a deal breaker :)
