This was a nice comfortable place to stay. The inside of the house was the cleanest I have experienced in any rentals I have used. The only reason for the 4 star rating was the fact there were a couple piles of poop in the yard when we arrived. Other than that is was excellent! Kathryn was a great host and responded promptly when needed. It was a great place for us and our dogs. I would highly recommend this property.

My family and I stayed at this amazing home for a week. The home was very clean and comfortable, and very well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat with. The backyard was fully fenced and charming, and the location was convenient to everything!

This house was very comfortable and our host extremely helpful and available for questions! The place was spotless. Also nicely decorated. We had everything we needed there and the location was great for traveling to places, especially Shore Acres. In addition, the yard allowed us to bring our dog. If we go that way again we will rent this one!

I was celebrating my 70th birthday, and My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time. The house was very nice…clean and neat. It was in a good neighborhood and Access was easy. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Very nice house, clean and spacious. Quite neighborhood. Property manager was very helpful and willing to walk the extra mile if needed to make you feel like home.

Everything was excellent the house was extremely taken care of if your a senior and have medical issues not good cause there is quite a few stairs. But overall the house was great my only issue was the back yard was not cared for should of been mowed and manicured but I still give it 5 stars

The home was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. My husband, two dogs and I were visiting family and this was a great place to use as home base. The back yard was great for the dogs, and the little details such as having a dog bed, towels for the dogs, and furniture coverings for them made us feel as though they were welcome too. The beds were comfortable and the Host checked in during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
