Service provider still new need training

The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable with air-conditioning and fans and ensuite bathrooms. The cook makes an excellent omelette for breakfast and the dining area is very pleasant. The staff are all very friendly and obliging. The outside area is very attractive and the location excellent, being just half an hour from the airport and withing easy reach of the port and other main commercial areas. I would definitely come again.

The only thing I really didn't like were some of the other guests; a party of young Americans were very loud and inconsiderate when getting in late at night and my room was on the ground floor next to the main entrance. The guesthouse is very new so there are still a few teething problems which will hopefully be resolved in the coming weeks. The description of the facilities is slightly misleading to my way of thinking. There is a lovely, clean kitchen, with kettle, washing machine etc but the guests don't have direct access to it as it is manned by staff, who are lovely and that is fine, but I hadn't understood that. I spent a couple of days working from my bedroom and would have liked to be able to have a coffee or make a bite to eat but couldn't work out how to make that happen. And I would really have liked to have real coffee rather than instant. Also the description told me that I would get fruit/breakfast in my room which didn't materialise. It would be good if there was some signage or 24 hr reception as described, as I didn't even find the kitchen and breakfast room until my 3rd day of being there! The airport shuttle arrangements need to be addressed. There was no one there to meet me on my arrival, although the driver apparently did get there after I had managed to make my own way to the guesthous so was obviously an hour late, and on the return, the driver was not there at the specified time ie late again, nearly missed the turning to the airport, then tried to charge me for the ride even though I had paid the guesthouse for it the day before. My personal recommendation based on these experiences is that you're better off sorting your own transport. Take a good battery pack for your phone and buy a local sim card for data as there were a couple of power cuts which lasted for over an hour, so WiFi connectivity was lost.

Rooms are fantastic, brand-new with all amenities one might need, large and super clean and staff is very cooperative and friendly. Location is on a main Boulevard and even the Taxi they arranged through White Cap couldn't find it at the beginning, same with food Panda and other drivers and as the staff is not from the surroundings they are not that helpful in this case. Between 15A and 15A/2 are maybe 20 more houses. What I missed was restaurants in walking distance, but otherwise great place to stay

Rooom is highly decorated with the good choice of furniture and Excellent place to live with your family. I surely recomend to all come and stay. My best wishes to the management and the staff to continue the same service at all the time.

Nothing good to say about it. The only thing is that its a new premises but still under construction.

Still under construction. The bad noises of grinding machine, drill machine and traffic is horrible. No bathroom amenities, no telephone exchange, very late wake up of staff, no parking etc.

Extremely professional and decent staff location is extraordinary at the center of the city and everything is just 5 mins away in reach 24/7. The breakfast and tea was extraordinary. Cutlery, furniture, sheets and bathrooms all shinning new and clean. The place is newly developed and I would say it's an epic place in the making. The staff and owner both death with great support, care and respect. I am sure with time things and services will get far better and the owner told me that they aim to Increase more services and facilities and they have taken a very good start. Safe, secure and neat and clean place for families and even in my opinion the place can be utilized for events. Price overall is high it can be reduced. The decor and articles were very modern but a room fridge and some more add ons in toiletries may be considered. Overall it was extraordinary.....wishing them all the very best and hoping that they maintain standards and continue to improve.
