The hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room is on the first floor and has everything you may need for a short stay. Bus 371 around the corner.

I found the mattress a bit baggy for my back.

I was surprised how spacious the studio felt. It was clear that care had been taken with the layout and facilities. The kitchen space was good and the tea bags, spices, oil, washing up liquid and good amount of plates, cups and bowls were a nice bonus. We used fold down table and stools (stored in the wardrobe). The shower was great. We chose to stay here as it was only a short drive to visit family. There was always somewhere to park. The studio is close to Richmond Park which has always been a family favourite for walks especially the Isabella plantation. Close to bus routes if needed. The online pre-check in was fairly straight forwards.

I understand why a damages deposit is needed but £300 seems a bit much

Rooms comfortable, attention to detail

Quiet area. Good parking, and good bus service nearby. Room not large, but well equipped, clean and comfortable, offering good value for the area.

Reliance on electronics-e.g. had to restrict TV watching to Youtube as don't have own access to subscription channels. Quiet location, but thin walls. Very extensive 20mph speed limits now introduced made journeys by car tedious.
