The property is amazing for couples and for family with young kids (mainly in snowy season). But the quality of construction of these chalets is great. Facilities are good. Staff is extraordinary. Even though nobody speaks English, some of them manage. The restaurant Auyl is outstanding. As I said, this hotel is ideal for a romantic getaway for couples. Breakfast is on delivery basis. By the time it comes to the room in packet, it doesn’t taste great. They should also add more international breakfast options.

Beautiful cabin. Really comfy bed. All mod cons are high spec and in excellent condition. Stunning views. Spacious. Sauna was great! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Only Kazak sockets everywhere. Most modern hotels have USB sockets to cater for internationals. Breakfast was often served cold - they need to invest in thermal bags to deliver as breakfast is served in paper bags brought to the cabin. We found out on the final day that there was a shuttle van to the cable car - it would have been nice to know that on Day 1!

Через территорию проходит ЛЭП. От ресторана сильный шум! Ресторан не относится к отелю! Находится примерно в 50 метрах от номеров, завтраки и еду приносят оттуда в пакетах, одноразовых контейнерах (салат принесли в целлофановом пакетике). Румсервис платный 5000 тенге, за каждый заказ. По большому счету на территории ничего нет , ближайшее развлечение это канатка на Медео, но пешком если вы не на спорте достаточно тяжело возвращаться. Ценообразование не совсем понятно. За что такие деньги?

Clean and with a good mountain view

Sauna is not hot enough Breakfast provided only 9:00-9:30 and the quality is low relative to its room rate. The restaurant is being operated by another company and thus not available for breakfast.

The view was breathtaking… the sauna in the room was also amazing.

The experience was great, the location is wonderful, less than an hour from the international airport. I liked the design of the room, the balcony, the breakfast, and the helpful staff. Definitely we will visit this hotel again and enjoy all seasons.

Communication was little bit hard since Russian is the only language spoken by most people in Kazakhstan, but still, the staff did their best to make us feel comfortable. Would be better adding a mirror in the room, since the only mirror is that in the bathroom.
