The staff was courteous and professional. The room was great and room service was equally good. The location is also great.

The menu in restaurants can be improved.

The Front Office Manager had kindly gave us the upgrade. A very good location on its own with a breathtaking view.

The buffet dinner was a bit pricey compared to the options provided. Breakfast was fine.

managment We arrived at 4:30, and the person at the reception counter asked us to please sit on the sofa without any further communication. After waiting for 45 minutes until 5:15, I went and asked what was wrong, stating that they should have at least informed us if the check-in was delayed. They had called me in the morning to confirm our arrival time, so the lack of communication was frustrating. Their staff needs proper training. Similarly, in the evening at the ground-floor restaurant, we waited on chairs and politely requested to be informed when a table was vacant. Unfortunately, nobody seemed to be bothered, and we eventually seated ourselves. We later had to intervene to get chairs. The next morning, they rang the bell at 9:00 and informed me that I might need an iron since breakfast ends at 10:00. I told them that we hadn't called for an iron. Then, on the second night at 2:00 AM, housekeeping rang and claimed we needed a mattress. When I opened the door and declined, the staff member left after apologizing. Frustrated, I complained to the duty manager, who explained that we hadn't activated the 'do not disturb' button, which would have prevented such interruptions. The unprofessional behavior of the staff highlights the need for training and grooming. Despite the hotel's substantial investment, the management needs to reconsider its approach
