Heidi informed me about how things work at the property days before our arrival. On arrival the security guards were friendly and showed us the property. We enjoyed staying at the property, it was quiet. The house is very clean and modern with all the household appliances. The shops, restaurants and the beach are few minutes away.

The place was very cute. It has an amazing view and it was close to all the places that we needed to go to. Heidi was always available when we needed assistance. I’ll definitely be coming back

The unit was well-kept. Cleaned well upon arrival. Easy to locate and Heidi was an amazing host. She kept us well-informed at all times. She really went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. Ballito is always a great beach destination with tons to do and many options for beachgoers. The unit is located in Ballito Hills which is a lifestyle estate that has a lifestyle centre with a restaurant, fully equipped gym, Padel and Squash courts, swimming pools, play area for kids etc.

The cleaning service on-site is pretty expensive and I don't feel we necessarily received the same in value. The linen change was welcomed although the linen is poly-cotton, which, in the warm weather can be uncomfortable at times.

The best location and the area is very quiet

They should state about the breakage few before you conclude booking because it caught us by surprise
