Located between the Atlantic Ocean & Albemarle Sound in the middle of a 100-acre Maritime Forest, Beachwoods Resort is surrounded by lakes, woodlands, wetlands, rolling dunes & wildlife. This unique destination is on the Outer Banks of North Carolina adjacent to a 700-acre nature preserve. Enjoy the outdoor recreation park or relax by one of the pools, in the Lakeside Lodge or while fishing from the shore. With spacious accommodations that provide a perfect family retreat during any season. This large 3 bedroom suite features an open loft which creates the 4th bedroom. One bedroom with 1 king bed, Two bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each, open loft with 2 twin beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. With the spacious kitchen featuring a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker its convenient for making meals. You will have two full baths and a 1/2 bath plus this suite features a private patio. This resort is a campus style property, the units are separate from the welcome center & require you to walk or drive to the pool & lodge area. You will have access to the Activity center (fees apply), arcade, bike trails, boardwalk, fishing, fitness center (age restrictions apply), game consoles, lake, BBQ grills, picnic area, playground, sports courts, walking paths, outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, splash pad and water park. Located on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, the Town of Kitty Hawk offers year-round residents and visitors alike a unique and relaxing environment. The Town consists of a thriving village that has been around for generations, a newer beach community of residential cottages, and a maritime forest called Kitty Hawk Woods, featuring a wide variety of plant and animal life. The Town of Kitty Hawk also prides itself on providing a public beach for the enjoyment of full time residents as well as seasonal visitors. There are many public beach accesses with parking available. You will need a vehicle to get to area attractions, hiking, biking, golf, shopping and dining. Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit & resort fee - fee includes guest internet access, parking, board games & usage of resort recreation / sporting facilities. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will ask for this information at check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. *Credit card fee's are non- refundable Take notice of: Units are non - smoking No pets allowed Guests shall use & maintain the Resort in accordance with resort policies & rules. This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. This fully transferable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel. Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State. The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios. The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests. Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort. Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability. Guests must be 21 or older to check in. The reservation name must match the Government issued photo ID presented to the front desk agent. A major credit card will be needed for incidental deposit. *No cash deposits* Credit Card service fee's are non-refundable.
