We came to town for a Christmas party and stayed at the Evangeline House for the night. Location was conveniently located to downtown on a nice quiet street. The house was beautifully decorated and perfect for our stay. Tyler was a great host and always quick to respond. Thanks again!

We had an excellent stay at the Evangeline house. The location was perfect and the house was nicely remodeled. WiFi was fast, the decor was very stylish, and overall we had a great stay at this property.
The location was ideal for us and close to many interesting local restaurants and bars.
One of the negatives, while the remodel was really nice, our experience was that the bed in the main bedroom was extremely “creaky” - every time we turned at night it was quite noisy.

This is a gorgeous, welcoming home. The location was ideal for trips to campus and downtown. It was spotlessly clean and impeccably decorated. The furniture is placed to give you abundant space and also make you feel cozy. So relaxing! Accessories are thoughtful; I had everything I needed. The host, Tyler, is very responsive. I hope to stay again soon.

The Evangeline house was great. The home was just as pictured. It has been beautifully updated and was clean and decorated nicely. The location is very convenient to UL and downtown Lafayette. Tyler is a great host, very responsive and gave great recommendations for stuff to do while in Lafayette. Price was right on. I would definitely stay at the Evangeline house again!

Evangeline House is gorgeously curated, but also provides the comfort of a home. The kitchen is stocked well if you care to cook any meals there. There’s an abundance of bathroom linens, and the beds are super comfy. The neighborhood is very quiet, mere minutes from the university and would be great for parents visiting. It was a great central location for us as most things we were doing were only 30-45 mins away.
Tyler was very responsive and a great source to us for local cuisine and Lafayette staples; we enjoyed his recommendations of Dwyers Cafe, Judice Inn, and Bon Temps!
Highly recommend booking this house, or any of Tyler’s other rental; we look forward to coming back soon!

Wow the ad does not do this home justice. It was so relaxing. Up to date, clean.. we just really enjoyed our stay very much so. Tyler was great and attentive when needed
