Location was perfect, walking distance from historic district. The house was as advertised and met all of our needs. We will definitely book again.

Townhouse is located just minutes from shops and restaurants in downtown Greensboro. This home is on 4 floors with a roof top. We enjoyed our stay overall. Kyle is a wonderful host and is quick to respond. Thank you Kyle!

The walkable access to downtown plus the townhouse layout was a great fit for our stay during a playoff tournament. The rooftop access and view was a huge bonus! Property owner was very accessible and flexible with us on our check out time to accommodate us with our game schedules. We will definitely stay here again if ever in Greensboro!

We were in town for weekend events and had a very pleasant stay in this home. The owner was quick to reply, sent all the information needed for check in and check out. We were within walking distance to great coffee shops, restaurants, etc. A little bit of traffic and party noise but not enough to impact sleep at all. One thing to note is this house is 4 floors. Bedroom/bathroom on level 1, kitchen/living on level 2, bedroom/bathroom on level 3, loft and rooftop patio on level 4. We loved this unique home! Our teen loved having her own space on level 3. The rooftop patio was a great place to relax any time of the day!

Clean, nice bathrooms and kitchen and rooftop patio. Walkable to downtown. Traffic noise at night and early morning with back of unit with two roads intersecting if you are not used to being in town.

Absolutely loved the place. Very comfortable. Very clean. Well appointed. Roof top deck is a huge plus. Great neighborhood. Short walk to Elm street where all bars and restaurants are located. Kyle the owner was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be staying there again.

Four adults stayed in this convenient clean townhouse. The layout was interesting as the entrances were directly into one of the bedrooms which was on the first floor. There’s lots of stairs, so if that’s an issue (it wasn’t for us) be aware. Loved the roof top deck. There is some traffic noise but it quiets down in the evening. The kitchen was not well stocked but had what we needed except a corkscrew. There also was no blow dryer It’s easy walking distance to downtown which is a lot of fun. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location, easy walking distance to downtown convenient to the coliseum. Property manager was very responsive and responded promptly to questions.

Our stay was good, the Host had coffee and a kurig there to use which was nice. It is close to down town, if you wanted you could walk over to ELM street. it has a roof top area that you can relax in and enjoy the view of the city. The only thing that would of been better is if they had a toaster and maybe some more glasses and some detergent to wash dishes. Other than that will stay again when we return for the next concert.
