A well equiped and spacious 2 bedroom, cottage feeling place... was a perfect place if you are traveling with a pet. Private gated driveway/ side yard for the dog to be outside.
Large main room, with the kitchen, living area, and dining area...
Looking forward to renting again on my way back to Arizona at the end of January...

Lovely suite to stay in, very nice and cozy, only 10 minutes drive from the strip so it was very convenient. Host was very nice and provided instructions to everything we needed.

This place is fantastic! However, the dog barked all night and my adult children could not sleep because of the barking. It was not our dog but the dog in the accompanying suite.

The Vrbo is on a property with another family. The family has two dogs and kids. The family wakes up at 5 a.m. on weekdays for work and blasts the TV or Radio. Otherwise the property is lovely.

This VRBO property has some unique features which contributed to our less than ideal stay. AJ, the host, was very responsive and knowledgeable.
Unfortunately, the units design with common walls, roof, etc. amplified others late night noise levels. This combined with an unusual “trick” for getting a shower with hot water, not communicated until late in our stay resulted in this “meh” review.

AJ is a very gracious host, he was always available to help us out. The place is simple but provided us with everything we needed and is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood.

We enjoyed our stay. We’ve never rented a portion of someone’s home before so it was a little weird at first. However, we had access to a back door and never saw the family. It was very clean and nicely furnished. One bedroom was probably once a walk in closet as it came right off the bathroom, but it worked out just fine. The TV is very large and was great for movie night.

Nice area and quiet. Only issue I would say is that the toilet didn't flush very good, internet was super slow as the TV's have to fun on internet and it would have been nice to have a dishwasher as i could have cleaned the dishes.
