Friendly Native #306 3rd floor condo with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. This building walks out into the pool area and just cross the dunes and you are on sunny St Pete Beach! Come see why we are known as the sunset capital of Florida. 2 Bedrooms - 1 Queen bed in 1 bedroom, 2 doubles in the other, and pull out sofa in living room. Unit sleeps 8 people. 3rd floor condo, no elevators. Newly remodeled shower in bathroom! Fully stocked kitchen to prepare your own meals. Comfy living room with tv. Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Just cross the street and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes! The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book. Distance from Beach: Beach is located across the street from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water. Units 100-400 are around the pool, Units 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This is unit # 306 - around the pool in building 300. Please see picture with Friendly Native Condos circled to gauge distance. Central heat and air. Easy check in with electronic door lock/code. Wi-fi, cable included. Linens & towels are included. Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals. Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf stores within walking distance. There is a BBQ (charcoal) area on site as well as bike racks. A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars. Shopping is close by. Many guests do not bring a car, however a parking pass is included if needed! No elevators in building. Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced. You can’t beat this location! The condo was clean and very comfortable. Steps to the beach and a very nice pool area! It was great.

We stayed in St. Pete’s for a week while my daughter toured colleges. We wanted to spend our down time on the beach so this condo was the perfect fit. We arrived really early in the morning, 1am so the virtual check in was awesome. The condo was clean, bedding was fresh and parking was ideal. Throughout the week we explored St. Pete’s. Loved the secret garden, shell hunting and Larry’s Ice Cream. We would definitely stay again,

Great place for a family. Clean and reasonably quiet. Very short walk to a great spot on the beach. Had everything we needed for the week! We cooked most meals in the room, had all the essentials. Would def stay again

This is by far our favorite area to vacation in. The restaurants are great, there are seashells galore and the food is amazing. Seriously, this is my 4th time in the last 18 months staying in the area.
The unit was clean and is perfectly located. But it is starting to show its age. Several lights didn't work and a couple doors stick, or the knob is hard to turn. But nothing that would deter us from staying here again!

Location is the best thing--a very short stroll on the boardwalk to get to St. Pete beach. Also central along the main drag, so easy to walk or drive to restaurants.
Condo was absolutely fine. Ignore the silly comments about "dated"--the interior was clean and simple. I don't go to FL expecting to be wowed by interior design. As long as it isn't gross, which it wasn't.
Pool area was nicer than expected, and very well-maintained.
I would give the kitchen a B- . It had all the basics, and we didn't cook much, so it was fine. If you were going to cook a lot, you might find a few things missing (colander, grater).
Very small nitpick, they only have 1 couch and a so-so stuffed chair. So barely enough comfortable seating for 4.
The clientele in the unit seemed nice. Noisy just one night. All in all, a good crowd.
Would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location steps from beach-gorgeous view of the gulf from the condo unit. Friendly, relaxing pool area. Walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants. Everything you need provided. We would definitely return!

This place is what you'd expect for a great value that is as close to the beach as you can get without being on it! Not perfect but if you're reasonable about what to expect for what you're paying you will be very happy with the unit. Place was clean and well kept minus the back door needs some work (doesn't close properly but will lock with deadbolt if you pull on it while turning deadbolt)
No crazy cleaning procedures to perform so that's a major plus for me!
Bring your own beach towels they are not supplied for free!
Check in and check out instructions were clear and delivered on check in day. Overall 5 stars from me. THANKS!

The condo is convenient to the beach, just a short walk across the street. However, the condo would be better if the owner pays attention to the following:
1. The TV in one of the bedrooms is not working at all. We have kids from 8 to 15 and they like to watch different programs.
2. The Wi-Fi is not reliable. My work laptop is unable to connect no matter how I played with it.
3. The owner didn't seem pleasant answering over the phone.
4. One of the doors to get into the condo was very sticky and hard to push.

The property was clean and very accommodating. The area was great and free of commercialization. Other guests were very friendly. One evening a couple sang and played guitar poolside. The location to the beach was great. Loved the security of the locks on door vs. trying to keep up with key card. I would not change a thing.

Great Location, Plenty of Space

This time we booked this unit for its 2 bedrooms and pullout couch for more space and comfort. It is a large unit with plenty of space. Nice sized bedrooms and kitchen. The bathroom is a little tight, but has a nice big shower, which is a bonus. The new parking permit system seems to work better, and never had trouble finding parking. We will definitely book this unit again next time we visit St. Pete Beach.

Across the parking lot from the beach. Plenty of shops restaurants and bars in walking distance. Pretty much anything you need. Parking during the busy weekends is a challenge. But you really don't need to drive anywhere to get too places.

Amazing location but outdated
The location was amazing - view of the beach and pool from the kitchen, walking distance to so many bars and restaurants, easy check in process and the place itself was decent. I gave it 4/5 stars only because there were a few areas we noticed had food spills that weren't cleaned throughout the place when we arrived. Also, this place could use a bit of updating in terms of decor, furniture and amenities. Overall we had a great time.

Great location
One of my favorite things about this place was the bed set up. I wish more places offered more beds like this! The location was fantastic, with many restaurants in walking distance and the beach right there! We struggled with the parking issue because we were coming in 2 different vehicles. We had to pay an additional $50 to rent an extra parking pass. For what we paid as it was, it seemed a bit excessive to have to pay so much for an extra space. We had to bring our own supply of hand soap and there was a few drops of dish soap available to do the mandatory dish washing at the end of the stay. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. It's an older place, but very clean. I'm one to wipe everything down with sanitizing Wipes when I get to any place to stay and all of the surfaces were so clean, the Wipes stayed white!

Great location!
This property was across a parking lot from St. Pete Beach. Perfect location! The heating system was not working when the temperature dropped. Roger responded immediately with a service call and when a part was needed, he provided two space heaters until it could be fixed the next day.

Our experience with Roger our property manager was excellent. He answered any questions or concerns we had. Excellent location in relation to the beach and restaurants. We would return for another visit.

Our experience with Roger our property manager was excellent. He answered any questions or concerns we had. Excellent location in relation to the beach and restaurants. We would return for another visit.

Our family had a marvelous stay at Friendly Natives on St Pete Beach. The view of the beach from the unit was really nice and the beach is just across the street, so close. The heated pool was a big hit with the kids (with lots of beach/pool toys). Linens were exceptionally clean, as was the unit. We will definitely be back next year.

Just was nice to have some of the stuff you need but take for granted. Also was able to accommodate a late check out. Thanks so much for sharing your property with us Rodger S! Just was nice to have some of the stuff you need but take for granted. Also was able to accommodate a late check out. Thanks so much for sharing your property with us Rodger S! This was a fantastic location, super easy to find and get to... Obviously being across from the beach was FANTASTIC, and having a pool to dip in for the last couple hours of daylight. :) The condo was super clean, and found everything we needed inside. IF I was to make one constructive feedback it would be about having only the one couch, I was uncomfortable sitting in the chair (no arm rests) while the couch really was only ideal to seat two people. A second love seat would have been lovely! But this was a SUPER minor inconvenience, this was a fantastic space and rental for our needs. :)
