This property is in a great location, only a short walk to one of the best beaches on the island! The rooms are fairly basic, but clean with good working aircon. The breakfast was also an added bonus, the pancakes were delicious

The shower pressure wasn’t great, and spurted out in different directions. The beds also only come with a sheet to sleep under which isn’t preferable to us.

Perfect location. Very lovely stay. The owner was incredible, looking after us to arrange booking the ferry and even gave us a free lift back to the port. Very lovely man. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Beach near by.

Tired bathroom but it didn’t affect the stay at all- we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend! Must stay here.

Great little hut to yourself. Spacious with a comfy bed and its very clean. Great location to walk to Paliton beach and able to rent scooters to explore all over the island. Nice restaurant options close by. There is a karoke bar close by but seemed to finish up at a reasonable time.

I loved my stay in these huts! comfortable, modern and very clean. nice hot showers and great air con! 10 minute walk to Paliton beach for the amazing sunsets. The owner and staff were really lovely and helpful, would definitely recommend.

very nice and helpful staff and sparkling clean rooms! we felt very welcome and this place is beautiful and just hidden away from the main street, so it’s quiet while still in a good location! they also offer scooter rental and organized a pick up and drop off at the ferry! The place has just opened last year so there aren’t that many reviews yet but I’m sure there are many more to come!

One of the most amazing Hosts we had encountered on our Travels so far!

We loved our stay here! The owners were so lovely and accommodating. Complementary bottles of water on arrival and breakfast in the morning (coffee and toast). The room was super clean, the shower had really good pressure and hot water! The air con was super good. A small seating area outside of the bungalow and a drying rack. Really recommend staying here!

Siquijor is a small charming island, densely populated with natural attractions, and the Dwarf house is a great base for getting around the island. The staff are all locals and they are always happy to assist you with suggestions, and organise stuff for you upon request. We only stay there 2 nights but it is a place where I could easily stay for longer. The guest house is only 5 min ride to Paliton beach, and 10 min to Tubod beach (do not miss this marine reserve if you enjoy snorkelling). We requested them to organise for us scooter rental for a day to explore the island as well as tricycle pick ups from and to the port, the staff arranged all of it at a fair price for us. We were also lucky as we were upgraded to the family hut, which is larger than the others. The place is as it is shown in the pictures, the huts are very comfortable, have a very powerful and new A/C unit, en-suite bathroom with hot shower and chairs to be used inside or at the patio.

They have put a lot of effort on the exterior of the huts and the garden, but inside it looks a bit plain as there is no decoration, however I think they are working on improving and growing their guesthouse on the go, so I believe in the near future this place will become a hot spot for tourists

We had an amazing stay here! The place is very charming. The owner and his brother who works with him welcomed us very well from the first day. They ensured our comfort throughout the stay, especially the day we were sick. There was bread and coffee available to us in the morning. We were able to rent scooters at a good price directly on the site. We had 3 nights reserved at the start and we were able to extend it twice without any problem for a total of 6 nights, and we would undoubtedly have stayed longer if the weather would have allowed it. We felt like at home, with family :) No negative points raised.

Dwarf Guest House which is just minutes away from Paliton Beach opened in January 2023 and you can really tell that the owner has put a lot of thought and effort into every detail. The owner is the most welcoming and hospitable host we’ve experienced in the Philippines! He always made sure we were well taken care of, whether it was providing some cold bottled water when arriving during the hot day or surprising us with some coffee in the morning. He even offered us a free ride to the port because he didn’t want us to get drenched in the rain. He was truly an amazing host and made us feel very special. Our hut was in perfect condition with hot showers with high water pressure, well working air conditioning and super comfy beds. Additionally, everything was spotless clean. Overall, this accommodation is great value for money and we would come back here anytime :)
