You’ll find comfort gathering with friends and family in this large home featuring Saddle Up Inn is designed for family and friends to gather, saddle up and hit the NWA Trails. We love the outdoors in Bentonville and know you do too. That’s why we added these features in our backyard. Opening in April you’ll cool off in the large in ground pool, hangout, lounge, soak up the sun and have a cold drink in your hand. Yes Please! The backyard is fully fenced with a gas fire-pit, outdoor grill, and 4 bike wash and hang wall. The patio is perfect for cool and warm nights. Boho style seating, small tabletop gas fire-pit, string lighting, curtains for privacy and help warm up. This is a perfect spot to gather, play games, laugh and recap on today’s Bentonville adventures. Let’s talk bedrooms The first master is located just off the living room and features a comfortable king size bed, plush duvet comforter, extra pillows, usb on bedside tables, full length mirror, large desk and chair for remote working, and Roku smart tv. In the closet you’ll find an infants pack-n-play, highchair and a portable fan. En-suite master bath with 2 vanities, large stand up shower, towels, shampoos, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer. Master bath has access door to the living room as well. The second master bedroom is equipped with a comfy king bed, with a plush duvet comforter, extra pillows, usb at both bedside lamps, infrared electric fireplace, full length mirror, dresser and Smart tv. On the opposite side of the home you’ll find the other two bedrooms. The queen bedroom is called the cactus 🌵 room! Super cute and cozy queen bed with duvet comforter, usb lamp, second desk work space, and Roku tv. Down the hall you’ll find the laundry room equipped with laundry soap and softener, clothing Steamer and extra hangers. Guest have access to the entire home , garage and backyard. You’ll find a front door security camera and a garage door exterior camera and light. Both for your safety and to let us know if you need assistance. There is also a safety fence separating the home and patio area from the pool to protect your little ones. There are 2 gates with automatic locking features.

Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for all our mt. biking plans....however, we were able to explore a few trails, coffee shops, lovely eateries, and the museum mostly based on the host's recommendation. We are excited to come back when the weather is better suited for outdoor activities. The house was just as pictured and as a fellow STR host, I was impressed by the cleanliness, presentation and amenities! We will be back!

House was great for our family! We had two kids under 4 with us and it was perfect with the pool and games/puzzles on hand! Fully stocked with highchair & playpen for the little one. My brother & SIL loved all the bike amenities and super close proximity to trails! Would highly recommend!!

We thought the stay was great! Very nice to have a gate around the pool for little ones. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids enjoyed some of the games provided. Very close drive to both Coler and downtown Bentonville.

We had a great family get together around the pool. Beautiful area outside to lounge or jump in the pool for a swim! The house is beautifully decorated and cozy! Will definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a competition. Worked hard all day then came home to a home cooked meal and a dip in the pool. The house was absolutely perfect. We will definitely stay there again!

We had a great time. Enjoyed the house and the pool with plenty of room. Close to the downtown area. House was stocked and we had pretty much everything we needed. Will book again if we decide to come back to Bentonville.

Rooms even bigger in real life than in pictures. Close to Airship Coffee, Koler Park and downtown. Just what we needed! Well updated, great pool.

Great pool for our family of four: noodles, floaties, and water blasters were a hit. The double fence system was awesome for us with two young kids! The outdoor seating area in the shade was great too. All around good time.

This house had exactly what we needed for a variety of ages & preferences. (4 adults, 2 teens & 3 under 10)…super close for the guys to ride to trails while the younger kids got to swim in the amazing pool & the moms got to go to Crystal bridges! Beds were comfortable so we could rest hard to play hard. Kitchen was well stocked & the outdoor space is glorious! Communication was quick with the owner who allowed us to check in early! We’d definitely come back!

The house was awesome! Older house that has been updated and had a great layout to accommodate the family. We came to town for spring break and didn’t realize what a great location it was until we went to ride some of the trails. Trails are literally right down the street. We rode Coler (Esther’s Loop) as well as North Bentonville Trail, both were great and close by. Old downtown Bentonville is a bike ride away too. Enjoyed the house!
