Once inside, the formal living and the dining room will be to your right and straight ahead down the hall is the family room. In the living room you will find a desk with office chair and a sofa bed. The dining room has a beautiful large farm table with two benches and two chairs. Just off the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen with an extra dining table and four chairs. The laundry room and garage are just off the kitchen. In the family room you will find another sofa bed, two arm chairs, and a large SmartTV. Please note, the fireplace in this room is not functional, but we think it adds to the charm in the home! The 3 bedrooms are to the left of the entrance. The first bedroom on the right is the master bedroom with two full-size beds and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has plenty of cabinet and storage space as well as a standup shower. Straight down the hallway is the second full bathroom. In here you will find a shower/tub combo. To the left of the hall bathroom are the last two bedrooms. These bedrooms have a king size bed in one, and a full bed plus twin over twin bunk in the other room. Out back, you will find a large deck with a bistro set and grill. Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code.
