Modern, clean and very well presented. Everything you need to self cater, enjoy the scenery and wonderful area. The host answered all questions and so very helpful. Thank you.

It was all fabulous, if I could change anything it would be car parking space, but we knew this before we booked and the car park is close it was not a problem at all. It is worth noting it is a first floor flat and a flight of stairs has to be climbed (just like going up the stairs at home) The flat front door is on a lane with no path. The road is so quiet it was not a problem to us, but useful to know in advance.

Excellen location, very comfortable, quiet and private, spotlessly clean, we loved the elpee player

There is no outside space and you dont have views, but lynton and all it has to offer is right at your doorstep; parking is not possible at the cottage but we paid 15 pound for a multiple day permit in a car park around the corner

Outstandingly well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, great location, v. quiet at night
