I was told this section of the house was rolled thru the woods on logs. The original check in desk is next to the front window. Winters: Convenient and close to everything. Snowmobile from the front door to trail 1, 5 or 6, skiing is less than 2 miles away. Enjoy all the winter activities. Create new memories for a lifetime. The home has many upgrades for your convenience. Brand new furnace and Lopi propane fireplace to keep you warm. Plenty of parking for trailers. Fill up your sleds with gas (at North Country Market) just behind the property. We are 1 mile from the center of Old Forge. Spring, Summer and Fall: Enjoy the private back yard and fire pit. Enjoy a sip of coffee or drink of preference on the front porch in your Adirondack rocking chair. Just across the street from the Moose river. Enjoy the shops and restaurants. Walk to town (1 mile to center) and the green bridge ( I caught 4 fish in 2 hours here). The TOBIE trail system is less than a block away. Hike, bike, etc!
