The property is very nice just needs a little more TLC. The house is missing a few items that people would need, specifically in the kitchen. The house furniture I think needs to be replaced, especially down stairs and could use a little bit more. The house is very charming and would stay there again. Communication with everyone was great. The location of this home was perfect for our needs and situated in a lovely area. The home was clean however definitely shows heavy use. Extremely sparsely furnished and in need of basic maintenance ie, lightbulbs, dishwasher needing to be mounted into the cabinet (this is a safety issue and someone will get injured if not repaired) and a very over used and broken sofa in the basement. Most of the homes furnishings were very well used and the upstairs sofas quite stained. The bathrooms do not have any towel bars or trash bins and some no toilet roll holders. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery but lacked a coffee maker and due to the dishwasher situation we washed dishes as we didn’t trust it not to leak or cause some sort of damage to the home. We did find a small Kurig machine in the pantry closet but of course had no coffee pods. (Our tough luck). This is quite a large home but as stated above is very sparsely furnished. 3 of 4 bedrooms had no side table, the master had one, one small TV in basement but the sofa was so dirty and broken we didn’t sit down stairs so did not use the tv. It could use some wall art as there is none and many large bare walls so definitely not homey feeling. Again, the house did suit our needs as far as needing a place to sleep. It definitely needs to be maintained better and repairs done.
