The apartment was clean. The Host Zinhle is wonderful and is always on hand to help and is very understanding. Perfect location near everything. If I'm in Johannesburg it's best place to stay.

Nothing it's perfect

Zintle the host was as helpful as possible. She would have been more so if she were adequately equipped/trained accordingly

I was switched from the room on the 8th floor I booked to a room on the 1st floor (Flat #1) without been contacted. This considering it a no cancellation booking. The flat's view is into the parking structure as opposed to the view of the pool and city as described (confirm your floor before proceeding to book and hold the owners to the booking you made. The room was poorly maintained with fused light fittings , no curtains on the balcony door and a suspect looking front door locking mechanism. The facility is good for an overnight stay at the very best. The facility is not child friendly, no plastic utensils (I had to buy mine) the kitchen utensils where shambolic, there where no storage containers, the stove had 2 settings - on and off (6). There was one tiny tablet of soap for 4 people. These could easily ruin any ones holiday.

Breakfast not applicable. Location is great.

The address does not correspond to that of the physical location. We spent time looking for address number 87 Grayston Drive whereas the actual is 89 and from the looks of it's a combination of three stands/plots 87, 89 & 91. On the booking site it is referred to as myStay whereas at the gate is known as weStay.

3 were staying-only 2 bath towels and one hand towel Crockery was dirty
