Situated in Marina del Rey, this lovely house for $591 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Summary: Brand new (construction finished Nov '21) modern townhouse with full amenities located in Del Rey, Los Angeles- mins from Venice Beach, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Santa Monica. The home is modern yet cozy, with high end appliances and brand new everything. Enjoy incredible expansive views of Los Angeles (you can even see the Hollywood sign) from the private roof terrace, equipped with a state-of-the-art retractable roof pergola and built in heaters. The Space: Modern yet inviting, you'll be able to relax in comfort both with the decor and the brand new amenities. The home spans 5 floors and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with the 5th floor/roof being the terrace (please be aware of the stairs- if anyone in your party has any health problems that may prevent them from easily using stairs, this property is not the right fit for you). There is a private gated driveway for the building, and a private 2 car garage for your use on the property. The sofa in the living room can accommodate one more person and we will provide the bedding for you. PLEASE NOTE that it it is not a pull out sofa and does not fold into a Queen Bed. Ground Floor- Front Door Entrance and Garage 2nd Floor- Living Room and Kitchen 3rd Floor- Bedroom 1 (Queen Bed) with en-suite Bathroom 1, Bedroom 2 (Queen Bed) with Shared Bathroom 2 4th Floor- Master Bedroom with en-suite Bathroom 3 and a private Balcony 5th Floor- Roof Terrace *Please note that as this home spans 5 floors and has no elevator- all guests must be able to walk stairs* **The address to the home is 11743 Avon Way Del Rey, CA 90066** Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire townhouse. The Neighborhood: The townhome is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood. It is in a gated community. There are a few coffee shops that can be reached within walking distance. Mad Lab Coffee and Lodge Bread Company bakery are a 6 minutes walk away. Venice Beach is a 15 minutes drive away and Santa Monica Pier is a 20 minutes drive away. Getting Around: We recommend having a car. However, it is very easy to get an Uber/Lyft from this location. Other Things to Note: NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 7 people allowed in the house No music after 10pm Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with host before check in - $90 per pet/per day Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok) - $250 fine $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel $35 charge per stained pillow cover $200 charge per stained sheets/duvet cover $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund. Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you. We also have a fleet of luxury cars that can be rented for an additional fee. We offer our guests a preferential rate when a car is combined with a property rental. Great time. Rented a car and went to a basketball and hockey game, Warner bros, Disney,Venice beach and the Pier. Town house was awesome, well equipped, clean, high end appliances and finished well. Great location. 12 minutes from LAX and close to freeways. Garage, 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a top floor balcony. Lots of stairs but our family of 6 adults was fine with the stairs. Would stay here again.

This was a very clean and modern home. It had everything we needed for our stay. The owner checked in on us a couple of times via email to make sure everything was going well.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. It was just as described. The roof top sitting area is the hit. What was disappointing, was the location is not as described, it’s about a 20 minute drive to the ocean, where the location shows it’s about a 15 minute walk. This created some challenges for us and was highly disappointing as we need to adjust our plans. There is also lots of confusion with our check-in, which created more stress for us.

This property is excellent. Check in/out instructions were very easy to follow. The property was gorgeous. The neighborhood was very safe. I wish I could have stayed longer. The location was central to all the places I had to get to. I hope it's available again when I visit LA in the future.

Everything was there to make our stay pleasurable. Having salt and pepper, while seemingly a nit, was clutch when making eggs and realizing we didn't get any. Same for the olive oil The shower products were excellent. Grocery store close. Easy access to freeway. The place is decorated well, beds were comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.

The property is exactly as pictured. Everything is new and modern. Yes, there are a lot of steps, but this was not an issue for our family. The home is very well appointed, and the property manager was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The rooftop patio is great, as is having the garage!

Was a great place to spend a couple nights. Cute, safe little neighborhood and close by to everything. Great communication and garage was awesome. Parking is hard in this area so was nice to have a place to park and feel like our car was safe.

Make sure you’re ok with lots of stairs. We enjoyed our stay though I wasn’t sure about some of the towels and sheets— I found hairs in the bed when I pulled back the covers and they didn’t necessarily smell freshly laundered.

We stayed 2 nights at this property. Great location. Excellent good options nearby - Sidecar donuts and Ike’s sandwiches are 10 mins away. The garage is awesome to have parking included. The place was clean. Plentiful amenities. Will stay again!

Such a wonderful stay, 5 stories garage bottom floor. Modern and well kept. Enjoyed every bit of it, rooms extremely spacious and great lounging/ kitchen floor. If you don’t mind the stairs this place is perfect. We especially Enjoyed the rooftop balcony with our group every night.

Modern and beautiful interior. Less than desireable buildings surround kill some of the view. Lots and lots of stairs but was expected. Considering most of our stuff to do was in West Hollywood the traffic was a killer but not their fault. All in all...enjoyed.
