You'll love the private access to the boat ramp, and wrap around dock that borders the deep water year round. It's perfect for fishing and swimming! Enjoy the lake toys and ping pong/pool table in the outdoor pavilion, or play the Arcade Pacman with 60 additional video game options. The cottage is one level with zero stairs, and has a sidewalk to the large boat dock. Watch breathtaking sunsets from the deck, or explore the lake with our stand up paddle board & two kayaks. It's 3 miles from Pirates Bay Water Park and 5 minutes to shopping in Leesburg and Decks & Docks Restaurant. FLOOR PLAN/AMENITIES: * Serenity Pointe is a cozy 1960's cottage with vintage charm. * The bedroom has a King bed with ROKU TV across the hall from full bathroom. * The sunroom has two Twin beds for additional sleeping. * Sunroom has arcade Pacman with 60 additional video game options. * Outdoor pavilion with pool table that converts into a ping pong table. * Scenic waterfront deck with outdoor seating, gas grill and extra propane. * Two kayaks and one stand up paddle board for guest use * Watch your favorite streaming service with ROKU TV in the living room. * Free wireless internet. * Open concept, fully stocked kitchen with several grocery stores nearby. * Washer & dryer, iron & ironing board. * Shower towels, lake towels & bedroom linens provided. *2 toilet paper rolls, 2 garbage bags and hand soap provided. * Bring your favorite toiletries. * Free parking for 2 vehicles in front of the cottage. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: * Non smoking/vaping cottage. * No pets allowed. * No parties or fireworks on property * Boat & Jet Ski lifts are not for guest use. * Not wheelchair accessible. *The cottage does not have a dishwasher. The bathroom shower is smaller than standard size, as it was built in the 1960's. * Due to the rural location of the cottage, high speed internet connection can be spotty at times. * This cottage is on Weiss Lake where a variety of wildlife lives. During your stay, it's possible you could see/hear wildlife like insects, squirrels, geese and cranes. * We pay for monthly pest prevention inside and outside of the cabin. All possible efforts have been taken by the owners prior to your arrival to make this cottage a safe and fun vacation rental.

We stayed Nov 5-10 and had picture perfect weather. We especially enjoyed fishing off the dock. We almost lost both our rods & reels to fish pulling them in. One literally teetered off the dock with the rod pointing vertically downward and the reel just barely hung up on the end of the dock. The other pole got pulled all the way in, and we had to fish it out with the other pole. We caught a nice variety, large mouth bass, striped bass and crappie. We saw black squirrels (didn't know they existed), a beaver cruising the lake, ducks, and lots of birds and chipmunks. The house may be old, but it is kept very clean. It was fun playing PacMan and the Frogger game, What a blast from the past. We had WIFI access the whole time and Roku was easy to operate and get access to Netflix. We had a great time at Serenity Pointe and would love to come back another time.

Property has an amazing view of the lake. Deep water year round and great fishing. The gaming table inside is a plus. Decks outside well kept and easy access. Many of the items like kayaks and such are not accessible when you rent, but you pretty much have the place to yourself and use of everything on the premises. Jessica and Steven are fantastic hosts. There for you any time you have questions. Will most definitely be staying again in the future.

The house was clean, and in a great location. The only two issues that I had with the house itself was that it was cold at night and there were no spare blankets. Also, that the shower was extremely small. One of the anglers was 6'5" and barely was able to use the shower.
Outside of the house was great, except for the fact we were not allowed to use the boat lift. This feature was one of the main reasons I booked this house, so that I wouldnt have to take my boat in and out of the water. I was told to just tie up to the pier, but during our stay the winds had ranged from 15-35 mph guest and I didnt want my new boat banging into the pier all night. It would have been nice to see in the listing that the boat lift was not available for tenants to use.
Overall it was a good experience other than the issues listed above.

The home was exactly what we were expecting. Right next to the water, great dock for fishing, and a perfect retreat for a father and son fishing trip. Leesburg and Weiss Lake have long been a special place for my family, and it was a blessing to experience it again.

Did some relaxing, fishing and shopping. Loved the site, location and surrounding area, it was just what we were looking. Not the best time of the year for fishing but it was the only time we could come.

The cottage was beautiful! Comfy bed, loved the dock and private boat ramp for our little fishing boat. Close to town, took the boat over to Docks and Decks to eat lunch one day. The owners provide everything you need, including two kayaks and water toys for swimming off the dock. We will be back!!

As we arrived the house was painted such a cheerful color we couldn't help but smile. The interior did not disappoint as it was light and bright as well. The cottage had a nice king size bed, a roomy kitchen, a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, a deck, covered dock, and patio provided many opportunities to rest and relax. The location on the
lake was very nice! Great views of the lake and sunsets. With all these features, we were able to overlook the small shower. The location is close to Leesburg restaurants and stores so it is centrally located. We look forward to a return visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at serenity pointe. The cottage was really nice and clean. My 12 year old grandson really liked the gaming amenities. Sitting on the back deck and boat dock in the evenings was enjoyable. Would definitely come back again. Communication with property manager was excellent!

We spent a couple of days here with my parents. It was the cutest house with amazing outdoor areas. We loved the dock and boardwalk around the edge of lake. This allows a lot of access to the lake for fishing. Very clean!! It’s location is great to. We will definitely be coming back!!!

The property was a little piece of paradise ! We thoroughly enjoyed the back deck and pier watching several blue heron, many birds and the fish jumping . The vintage adorable cottage was very clean and well stocked . We will definitely make plans to return.

We had a nice quite time and enjoyed our stay. There are some differences in the pictures. There are no lounge chairs or chairs with cushions on the deck or dock. This is a very vintage cabin but clean and has enough of everything you need.

Property is pretty much as pictured and sitting dockside watching birds and jumping fish was precisely what we needed between hectic daily activities away from leesburg.

I went there for a fishing trip. It has everything you need. It even had a boat ramp so we didn’t have to drive just to put the boat in. It was a cozy place that would be good for a couple of friends or a small family.

this little place is so cute. It is an older house that I'm sure could tell a few stories. The azaleas were in full bloom. Very convenient boat dock and boat launch. The only negative thing would be the boat launch needs some repair work. But we would stay there again for sure.

We traveled from Indiana for Spring Break. We loved our stay! We had everything we needed and more! The owners were amazing and helpful. Having an extra kayak was great and the paddle board was fun! They had an arcade area that was cool. Would definitely come back in the summer! One issue we had were the windows. There were no curtains on the front door or the windows throughout the main part of the house. You could easily be seen at night. Also, the chairs they show in the first picture weren’t there. Nothing to complain about, we were just looking forward to lounging in them! Great hosts, great stay. Would still rate 5/5!!

From start to finish the communication with the property managers was excellent. The location was amazing and very clean. My friends and I.. there were 3 of us… enjoyed every aspect of this lake house. We were able to sit out on the large deck and have great conversation and the propane grill really hit the spot. Also we love to fish and we’re able to enjoy a relaxing time from the boat dock fishing. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful relaxing lake house property and we will definitely be back when we visit Weiss Lake again!
