Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This is a spacious home, great for families. Close to Scripps beach, further but walkable into La Jolla proper. We had problems with two toilets (chains rusted and broken), the dishwasher did not work, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms which surprised us. If these things were remedied it would be a great place to stay!

The bedrooms, bathrooms and spaciousness were just what we needed. The location was good, too. Near our other family and walking distance to beach and restaurants.

Home was beautiful and in a decent location, but had cockroaches. Also had cameras all throughout the interior and exterior of house.

The location and house were perfect. Lots of space for everyone and a nice patio to relax in after a fun day at the beach.
