Nice new hotel right downtown lots of shopping and restaurants around.
It was directly across from the convention centre and made for a good stay for my trip

Our hotel stay was amazing other than on the Saturday, the cleaning staff threw out all of our business receipts that we had piled neatly on the ledge under our TV. Any items that are not left directly in the garbage can should not be thrown out, especially documents such as those. Why they would determine that those should have been thrown away is beyond me and this has now created a few hours of work to follow up with every business we had receipts for to see if we can get duplicate receipts.

Not the most direct service. Wake up call never executed, late check-out due curcumstances was fulfilled. Stingy with cleaning services; found hair ties in room and full cleaning only happens every 5 days.

My daughter found unmarked pills that the hotel didnt clean up properly in our room. A lack of housekeeping could have killed my daughter.

The hotel is beautiful and upscale, but I wasn't able to sleep because the bed was incredibly soft and uncomfortable. By morning my back hurt. I liked the hotel but I wouldn't recommend it because of the bed.

Great room with comfy sofa and ottoman. Shower was beautiful in a modern bathroom. Didn’t care for their Bistro food. Chix wings were over fried and tasteless.

This was our first time staying in this hotel. We found it to be quiet, clean and very nice comfortable room.
What I wasn’t impressed with was the fire alarm going off at 130 am until 330. No proper form of communication was relayed to the guests that it was a false alarm.
Also we should’ve been compensated for the inconvenience and interruption. All we got was “ sorry about the fire alarm going off” ????

Room was spotless and beds were very comfortable. Parking is limited but we did find a spot fairly close. The number of homeless people in the area is a bit disconcerting.
Overall a wonderful experience!

The only thing that was bothering me was the noise of AC at night. I am not sure why we were not able to turn off the AC completely. That noise is very annoying at night. Other than that all good

Room had a heating unit with a blower that can't be turned off. It ran all night constantly. I hate white noise like that and I didn't sleep.
Plus the parking situation is sketchy at best and the staff could have done a better job of explaining it.
I won't stay here again.

The guest rooms were great. Out meeting was not great, not enough, plates, glasses, water filled, chairs. Food wasn’t great and took a VERY long time to get served. The team needs more training when it comes to groups. Perhaps understaffed as well. Great opportunity to develop into a strong location.
