The place was immaculately clean,quiet and safe.The host is very nice,friendly and accomodating.

It could have been better if there was a television set in the room.

Though our booking did not have breakfast. Our host Julie gave us great breakfast with different options for any diet type. The rooms were very well decorated and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was good size with ample space for make up etc. i feel i was staying in my own home. The neighbourhood was quiet. I enjoyed my morning walks Will definitely stay there again the next time im in town.

Excellent location close to attractions in Richmond. Beautiful facilities with ample parking. The hostess (Julie) was very friendly and helpful. Lots of different choices for breakfast.

The room could be a bit bigger but all we asked for was a queen size bed.

Breakfast was very nice. A wide variety of choices including a cooked item. Location was good for us. We had a rental car to return in Richmond on our way into Vancouver.

Although the house was large and spacious our room was very small with only an uncomfortable window seat for sitting. The day had been quite warm so we had to run a fan to cool the room.

Was like a little bit of luxury, with a beautiful, clean room and lots of food to eat. Breakfast was enormous with 3-4 types of hot food (bacon, eggs, pancakes, hash browns) and loads of cold foods (cereals, muffins). Fruit, coffee and biscuits available all day. Close to bus route 407 (takes you to Richmond train station or Steveston) and very safe area. Owner is very open to feedback and wants to know how she can improve.

The host is very nice and provided breakfast for free even though it didn’t include in the room rates. it’s a quite and nice place to stay.

The superior queen room with ensuite was perfectly appointed, with excellent thoughtful touches. Julie is a very kind host, and went out of her way to make everything very nice... and this location of Richmond is quiet. Very secure property.! Self serve light breakfast very much appreciated. Will return on another occasion!

Slightly noisy other guest staying but it is hard to control the courtesy and lack of considerations of other people.
