staff were not very helpful in assisting a problem I had with the booking. when booking online a mistake was made, I called the hotel and a staff member told me to cancel and rebook it would be no problem. now 2 payments have left my account and no one at the hotel wanted to help atall. blaming others even though I was told directly by the hotel to cancel and rebook. currently going through the process trying to sort, and it’s no better.

Fantastic location for skiing - high altitude ‘ski in, ski out’, and fabulous views. Individual ski lockers, lift passes available at the reception and ski rental also on site. Free parking (outside).

Beds weren’t the most comfortable, and the walls between rooms weren’t particularly well sound proofed.

I couldn't book less than 7 nights stay as we only stayed for 4 nights so it was expensive.

the hotel has everything for relaxation. underground parking. spa. exit immediately to the track. beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. no frills, everything is neat in the case. everything is in the kitchen. if you don't need a suite the place is great.

in the ski storage, there is no heating system in order to dry the equipment. but you can go straight up the mountain. sometimes there are queues at the elevators, but not huge ones. you can stay for 3 minutes.
