The place was cosy and clean. They had a lot of clean cooking utensils. Was given complimentary toiletries. Overall was okay for a short stay.

Was not given clear instructions on how to check in, was just told that someone will meet me at the property to hand me the keys. Ended up calling the company twice and waiting 40 minutes in the rain to meet someone to check in to the apartment. Person we met was the cleaner and not the host, said we can contact her regarding issues and when we did, we received nothing back. Ran out of hot water and was not told how to use things as check in was very quick and rushed. No manual for apartment provided. Had to buy a cleaning sponges to wash up and some towels to dry dishes. Towels provided were dirty. No parking at all!

Nice quiet flat. Very comfortable.

Wasting time gaining access. TV not plugged in to any receiver so could watch very little and only via Internet. Most kitchen items were too high to reach.
