The location was good, we waited around 20 minutes to collect keys which was really annoying as it was raining.

It wasn’t very clean, dirty marks on pretty much every glass in the kitchen and stain on bed sheets. Our host wasn’t very friendly when arriving 20 minutes late to give us our set of keys. Also told us we had to clean before we left which isn’t really something I’ve experienced before when staying over somewhere.

Very modern space - lots of light, good kitchen amenities, comfortable TV-lounge area fit with an abundance of watching options, all with great access to both train and bus stations

Some areas were not clean upon entry - a bit dusty in places, lots of residue on the floor and eventually had to hoover, (mud?) marks/stains on top part of the duvet Hot water for shower didn’t work at times - would get warm water initially but shower would then abruptly switch to cold water
