The house is well setup except there is no BBQ grill! Really missed that. Management company was very responsive and helpful. If they had a BBQ grill we would rent there again.

We had a wonderful stay! Enjoyed a much needed get-away with our friends. The Ice Machine was a huge hit for our group! The house was perfect and we had plenty of room for each guest!

Great property. Great location. But as a Dad, the duty of making sure there are always cold drinks for the beach falls directly to me. The property has an ice machine that makes plenty for 4-5 coolers. Not having to constantly go to the store to buy ice was a welcomed convenience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is probably the beach beach house we have stayed in at Port Aransas, and we visit yearly. It is beautiful and comfortable and absolutely everything we needed. The ice machine was so nice, and the golf cart delivery made everything easier. There was plenty of room and beds for our group. Beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 13 people from 7 to 67 and this rental was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed including a huge cassarole pan. The Margaritaville Machine was used daily. Most of the beds were comfortable as well. The toiletries were a nice touch as well. It was very close to the beach access. It rained one day and the huge table was turned into a game table for the day, which was great! We would definitely reccomend this rental and are hoping to return next year! The management company responded quickly to questionsas well.

It was very spacious and had all the necessities from a high chair to play yard for our infant to sleep in. Lot of variety for utensils, pans. We loved it! Rooms were spacious and comfortable! All rooms had working TVs easy to power on and flip thru channels. The ice machine in the garage was amazing to have especially for those beach trips! Overall loved this home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was fantastic! We had two families; so the two rooms with king beds were perfect! Everyone had plenty of room to relax. Also plenty of seating for meals. Kitchen was great. The pans were a bit difficult to clean because no matter what we did food stuck to them. — No enough of an issue to not give a 5 star rating. Having an ice machine on site was a great perk. The management company was extremely helpful. We had two hiccups which were handled ASAP. We rented golf carts from the same company. They had them ready and waiting for us in the drive way. — Thank you for such wonderful place to have our vacation.
