Size of room, not very soundproof and lack of privacy in balcony

common areas were clean. The pool area is good.

Room was absolutely tiny. Cleaning was awful. Sheets only changed after a week. No food or drink available after 7pm. Nothing around the property either. The Square is within walking distance but for restaurants you need a taxi ride. Sink and shower filthy and hairs everywhere. €280 per night for a no service stay, robbery.

Staff and facilities were exceptional, Pool very clean, Our 4th visit there and they have not disappointed us.

Lack of monitoring sunbeds , people left towels on them but not using them not enough sunbeds for size of hotel

-Decor at the hotel was simple and tasteful -Bar and catering staff were friendly and clearly work hard, in very high temperatures -Children’s activities and staff were engaging - waterpolo was especially fun - pool was a really nice temperature even though it was not heated - football pitch/court was small but fun - The room (studio) was adequately equipped with kitchen facilities

- Severe shortage of sun loungers and umbrellas at the poolside, despite there being plenty of room for many more. All loungers were ‘reserved’ before 7.45am by guests leaving towels on them, many remaining unused until mid-afternoon when people returned from the beach / excursions. When we complained, the hotel staff refused to intervene. With temperatures so hot and lack of shade / sun beds, it was uncomfortable around the pool. - Our aircon was unreliable and kept shutting off at night and no staff were available until the next day to fix it each time - Except for the club sandwich we did not like the food, which was poor quality - Daily housekeeping comprised making beds, emptying bins and replacing towels - That was it! I had to ask for our toilet to be cleaned!

Loved this accommodation. Stayed in the one bed apartment with my husband and four children. We had loads of room. The apartment was decorated to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean. I’ll defo be coming back.

Reception staff could be a little more friendly and should definitely give a more detailed introduction to the facilities and services on offer in the apartments. I found the laundry room by accident.

The hotel was quiet and family-orientated. It was convenient for a range of cafes, bars and restaurants in the Costa de la Calma area of Santa Ponca. The apartment was bright and airy with a good balcony.

Couldn't really make much use of the kitchen area. Apart from anything else it was difficult to wash up pots.

Excellent hotel ! We stayed there for 4 nights and absolutely loved our stay ! If you go with kids or if you want a calm place. I totally recommend this hotel. We felt really safe there and people there were so nice and helpful. Room were spacious and clean, loved the balcony and the view. There are a bunch of supermarkets near the hotel (maybe 10 minutes walk), pharmacy, restaurants etc…

The pool bar was fantastic. Air conditioning worked very well and apartment was clean.

The pool needs to be updated, there’s a lot of broken tiles and my son cut his toe in the pool. Also around the pool side could be cleaned daily as it was dirty and noticed the dirt was just blown in towards the wall. Only one lift was working for the week which wasn’t ideal. The playground is way to hot for kids to play in and also a mushroom in the playground was broken and very dangerous. The last 3 steps on the stairs up to the rooms have no hand rail and is quite dangerous for kids. Entertainment wasn’t what I expected it was very scarce. I didn’t like if something was left at the pool it was gone when we returned the next day to retrieve missing items.

Couldn’t fault it at all food was beautiful weather it’s breakfast lunch dinner caters for everyone. Pools were great too for the kids it’s just a great place all round

We stayed in the one bed apartment. It was huge. Beautiful apartment and looks exactly like the photos online. Spotless clean. Great pool and good value food at the pool bar. Location is perfect. It's at the bottom of the hill, so no steps required to get to and from the property. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the strip (about 5 minutes walk away). Felt very safe at all times in the resort. Great kids pool as well with slides and separate playground.

Only thing I would like to see improved is the speed of the food service at the pool bar, but we just ordered in advance. It would be great if they could add more sunbeds.
