It was just a room, and it did not wow me, nor would it you. There is no working pool, it is closed and the water is brown. The wifi works but the cable and tv did not! The towels were HARD as the mat you put on the floor, and the one side of the shower curtain bar was loose and would not keep water in.

I booked based on the name “Baymont by Wyndham” so I expected at least decent. The front desk staff were nice, friendly, and tried their best to be accommodating of the hotel’s guests. Kudos to them! Broken air conditioning units sitting in the hallway, broken toilet seat in the bathroom. No light bulb in ceiling when entering the room.

Very clean the bed was soft as were the sheets and very comfortable. Have no complaints at all other than the door was kind of hard to shut sometimes.

The window was falling out of the frame they put tape on it to hold it in the wind keep blowing it open . The toilet seat was broke and dangerous to sit on , the toilet ran water all nite long

Kids ran up and down the hallway until around 2 am. Playing on the elevator also. Tub spicket leaked really bad. Tub was black all around the drain. Room 211. Place just needs to be updated.

The STAFF at this facility was wonderful. They were kind and helped us in every way. I believe they have been working to do a facelift of the entire. There was a water pipe break and it was not till I turned on the water and mud came of bathroom sink. (for two days out of service for at least 6 hours each day) Shower (dirty water) was the same way. Hotel should have been closed for safety reasons. Only a small sign on door of hotel to see the problem about water, ON first floor on way to elevator, there was a huge water leak on the floor from ice machine ( did have a small yellow sign to identify but still unsafe). On all three floors none of the Soda machines worked. In our room only 1 light next to bed. Phone not working and when we checked it it was not able to be plugged in anywhere. Only one plug on one side of wall. In bath room we had handicap bath with grab bars/ handicap rails to help him get into the shower, all of these bars were not secured safely. Almost completely pulled of wall exposing the screws which were not secure correctly to the studs in the wall. Several broken pieces of furniture, night stand and drawers. The curtains in room were off the curtain rods in half the room. The room especially the bathroom was not clean, Very disappointing stay especially since I usually love Wyndam associated hotels. The hotel was very outdated with small rooms, and very dark, There was only one lock on the door and it was broken and did not latch all the way. A good push and the door was opened without a key. Did not fell safe.

Place was suitable for our purpose. Check in was slow. Ac unit was hard to control temperature. Grounds needed a good cleaning.

Very dirty. Hotel obviously needs repairs. Door of the room wasn’t sealed properly so I can hear everything, the air vent was filthy, lights kind of worked, and the shower was broken/hot for only 2 seconds.

The front desk person was very nice and helpful, but the place needs a lot of repairs. Toilet kept running. I had to giggle handle 3 times to get it to stop. They had to move me to another room because at 10:45pm the kid upstairs kept running and jumping. The second room did not have a smoke detector and I noticed many items that needed repaired.

The hotel is a bit older....they are trying to renovate.... that means new furniture, and new beds. We were given room 122.... which may be okay normally, but not so much during renovation. It is between the fire exit (staircase) and the laundry area. Noise all night from furniture being disposed of....1 night they even set off emergency door opening alarm. Sounded like furniture bouncing down the stairs EVERY NIGHT! Each morning the Housekeepers got to the laundry areas and made more noise (normal function). This left us with a window of sleep of about 4 hours a night! Piss Poor todo that to any customer! I CANNOT RECOMMEND A VISIT UNTIL AFTER THEY GET IT ALL TOGETHER...
Expedia and Baymont should both be sure this doesnt happen....since they cant YOU BEST xall the front desk and ask status of this fiasco before you go.

The room was clean and decent for a 1 night stay. The front desk young lady was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is under construction for remodeling and for that reason the outside could have been a little cleaner and upkept. Overall, we needed a place to change clothes and sleep for the night and this hotel served its purpose. I look forward to visiting once the remodeling is complete

This was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered! The smoke detector was beeping the entire time I was there. The man claimed he reset the battery but did not stop the beeping. The toilet did not flush properly. The shower head was coming out of the wall and water pressure was too hard. The floor had evident proof that it hadn’t been vacuumed in months! When I asked for another room I was quickly turned away. They did provide housekeeping, as I was told by the evening staff that I needed to request for it. I had to constantly ask for fresh towels and rags because every time they give me one I was not cleaned and had hair from a previous person. I will not recommend staying in this hotel. And also the breakfast food was not fully cooked! Worst experience ever!

This hotel should not be open right now. It is undergoing renovations and the rooms are almost unable to be properly occupied. The toilet in my room did not always flush, the tub was really dirty and there were several power outlets that did not work. My room literally did not have light once the sun set.

the room was smelling musty and molded,, the furniture was worn out and looking broke down, their was no hot water, the toilet seat was broken u slide of of it when you sit on it, they didn't have enough towels, i went to walmart to buy my own for me and family, the breakfast was not good, i wanted to check out the next day to go to another hotel but i was told i wouldnt get my money

Jessica the front desk person tried her best to make the situation better by upgrading my room so we switched room the next day the only difference was that room had hot water but again furniture was worn out and rrom smelled wet and musty, I would not stay here again sleeping in my truck would have been better, checked out hours earlier that expectd

Only thing kind of have me for a loop. My room had no towels.. nor face rags. Luckily I had some with me. But whoever cleans should be attentive to the fact that you should replenish these things and double check your work.

This property is nasty and we promptly left once we viewed the room. I would rather sleep in my car than stay in their establishment. The customer service is the best thing about this place.

There was a sense of insecurity with the type of clientele The Baymont catered to. Suspect individuals hanging around out side throughout the night, with constant noise. Law enforcement being called to handle disturbances. This was not my best experience and will not be staying at this Hotel again!

Found a live roach on the nightstand. Carpet was filthy. Toilet seat was falling off. Hotel charges $100 deposit to insure you don't smoke in the room. Deposit is immediately posted to your credit card until they decide whether you smoked in the room. Took 4 days for them to remove the charge from my credit card.

There were roaches in the rooms, furniture old and broken, pool was green, hallways and floors dirty with bad smell. Banging, jumping and screaming room above, called front desk they went up twice to warn guest but they kept making noise. Fight took place in hotel while I was checking out. Loud music and marijuana smoking in Parking Lot by guest cars.

OMG, disgusting, unsafe - the door to the room has a Hugh gap, light filtered through- The floor/carpet was not just dirty, it was nasty - it hadn't been washed/Vacuumed for months. I booked for a week (7 nights) and stayed 2 nights.
Customer service leaves much to be desired.
There were big rolls of carpet in the areas - so maybe they are in the process of renovating - more than the carpet need replacing - the whole building, bathroom especially.

Not good This hotel didn’t have any pillows so I had to sleep without pillows and no comforter for the bed and I didn’t get a discount either they made me pay full price

I thought this would be up to par like the country Inn and suites was when they were in this building but things were dirty, moldy in the fridge, TV and internet didn’t work, pool hours weren’t conducive to a one night stay. I was very disappointed.

I informed the desk clerk because of room conditions I would not stay.
She agreed to cancel my reservation.
