A magical place curated with love and good vibes for great people. As soon as you enter the door you are greeted with this spacious and serene space with amazing ocean view. Swing and enjoy the sunset on this spectacuar unit located on the first floor. There are two bedrooms with queen size bed in each and two full baths (one in the master bedroom). There is an open living area with a sofa bed that can sleep 2 more people, covered balcony facing the ocean, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the amenities you will need for a perfect escape! There is no direct beach access but you can walk less than 3 minutes to it (210 meters). This area is south of Rincon which means there is no surfing and the beach is calmer. Restaurants and bars and 3 minutes away in a car. -Gated access condo -Free parking -Walking distance to Beach Access Tranquil and safe neighborhood A rental car is highly recommended. We only provide a starter kit of "toiletries". Guest must buy more as needed. We will charge you extra if/for: -Late checkout- $100 -Noise Complaints- $100-$200 - Damage/Missing towel - $20 each - Damage/Missing bed linen, sheet, or quilt - $50 each -Trash left at the property - $20 -Extra cleaning services - $50 -Smoking - $150 -Visits or more guests than the maximum allowed- $100

This apartment has a breathtaking view and you can't get any closer to the water. The place is very well decorated and quite equipped, but many things are already broken and need maintenance. That being said, it is absolutely necessary that if you stay here you have to take pictures of everything that is broken or else you will end up paying an astronomical price for it. That was my mistake and I ended up paying $50 for a flat sheet that was in a very bad condition and already ripped so when I used it it ripped even more. Not having evidence, they claimed that it was not like that and they kept 1/3 of my deposit. I strongly suggest that you make sure to take pictures of everything so they will not be able to blame you for anything unless you actually break something. In addition, the host will not care to answer your messages if is something she does not want to hear because she already took your money... Very unfortunate that what could have been the best experience turned into a total disappointing experience.

The property is exactly as described. The beaches are beautiful and close by. Would highly recommend staying here. Also, the sunsets were breathtaking.

Amazing sunset, property very clean and plenty of room for family. We liked that property had two restrooms, AC , full kitchen, security gates and entry door. Nicely furnished. The host was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasurable. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We were in town for a family reunion and the location to restaurant, bakery, stores, gas, beach, attractions, etc where conveniently close. We enjoyed our stay in this home and made great memories. We hope to be back soon in a near future.

Overall it is a nice place. Very clean and new. The neighborhood is quiet. So, you are only a few minutes from Rincon and you don't have to deal with any partiers. It is weird that the windows have shutters but no glass. I thought the sound of the ocean was loud! It isn't a big deal, the AC can keep up and make it comfortable. One of the mattresses was so hard and firm I think it was actually a box spring. I always said I enjoy a firm mattress - I got my wish! The outside of the property is undergoing renovation. We didn't care because we wanted a nice place to stay after the beaches in Rincon. The location is great. You can't be any closer to the water without being on a boat. We enjoyed our stay.
