You will feel a million miles away from it all, yet close to all of Innsbrook Resort’s premier resort-style amenities. The Beach Haus Chalet is your newly constructed, modern day treehouse getaway that was thoughtfully designed to make you feel connected to the outdoors with expansive windows and nature views decorating the walls in every square inch. Large, open, and airy, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom a-frame is located off the shore of Lake Aspen and able to accommodate 13 guests comfortably. The main living space is outfitted with warm, rustic touches and vaulted ceilings lined with cedar beams throughout the interior. The soaring ceilings lead up to the loft area that boasts 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, perfect for additional guests to sleep comfortably. Custom countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood stove, and intricate wood detailing are just a few of the special features that make this newly constructed chalet unique. Once outdoors, enjoy an oversized deck that accommodates your group with plenty of seating, or sit back and relax in the hot tub. While the sun is out, take full advantage of life on the lake by exploring the waters on one of our lake toys before rinsing off in the outdoor shower, or, cuddle up by the outdoor fire pit area at night to soak up the uninterrupted Innsbrook skyline. So what are you waiting for? Experience a completely private, woodland inspired vacation the Innsbrook Vacations way in this one-of-a-kind rustic chalet! House Features & Amenities: • 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms • Private primary bedroom on the main level with 1 king bed and a private entrance to the main level full bathroom. 1 futon in the primary suite. • Bedroom 2 (upstairs) – 1 king and easy access to the upstairs full bathroom • Bedroom 3 (upstairs) – 2 bunk beds (twin bed over full bed), 1 twin trundle bed, and easy access to the upstairs full bathroom • Loft area • Roomy living area with a wood-burning stove/fireplace, plush furniture, TV, and sliding glass doors to the back deck • A spacious, updated kitchen fully equipped with all cooking utensils included and stainless steel appliances • Including an induction stove with compatible cookware • Separate dining area with a farmhouse style dining table • Smart TV’s with streaming capability for family movie nights and entertainment • Expansive back deck with outdoor furniture and gas grill • Outdoor fire pit area • Outdoor shower • Hot Tub • Water toys – 2 paddle boards • Located on Lake Aspen Hot Tub: Note - For the best guest experience, we have our Hot Tub professionally serviced every Tuesday.
