Nestled in Holualoa, this charming cottage for $826 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The Cottage sleeps 3 persons in 600 sq ft. It is a true one bedroom and not a studio. It has two twin-sized beds that can be made into a King-sized bed upon your request. It also has a queen-size pull-out sleeper bed as outlined above. There is also a modern washer/dryer in the Kitchen area. In the cottage, it is not a full kitchen, it does not have a stove, it has an electric induction stove that has two spot. There is also microwave, oven and etc. The Cottage only has AC in the bedroom. ***We offer a bundle package for our guest for (STAY+CAR). Please inquire. If you want to skip the long line at car rental. We also wanted to let you know that we have 2 brand new Tesla Model Y's (5/7 seaters) available for rent if you're looking for a stylish and comfortable vehicle to explore the island! Free charging is available on the property. Fully charged vehicle can take you anywhere on the island round trip worry free. You do not need to worry about gas price anymore! Delivery to and from Kona International Airport is available for an additional fee. Feel free inquire with us about the rental of one or both of these vehicles. The gym is now opened. It features commercial grade Life Fitness cardio machines in a spacious 600 sq ft gym overlooking the incredible view. Contact us in advance if you require the use of the gym. Some restrictions apply. We have an Optimum Business Internet connection here that delivers up to 600 mbps to the whole estate. The dedicated endpoint in the living room delivers 150-300 mpbs and offers an extremely reliable Wi-Fi as well as a wired connection. The Wi-Fi extends easily to all rooms as well as the deck and pool area. Our system is monitored offsite. We upgraded our system to a commercial standard to accommodate those who wish to reliably stay in touch or pursue business work while vacationing here. Kona View Coffee Estate is a 3 Acre Luxury Vacation Rental Property comfortably nestled on the slopes of Hualalai overlooking Kailua-Kona. We are a working, award winning coffee farm (4th in 2018!) and we look forward to sharing our passion for coffee farming, processing and roasting. For those interested - we offer a unique learning experience - Agricultural Tourism in luxury and privacy. The entire estate has been completely remodeled and updated with top-of-the-line appliances. We have a roastery above the coffee fields to house our state-of-the-art coffee roaster. We look forward to sharing this experience with you - balanced between art and science. We are located comfortably "up country" in the midst of the famous Kona Coffee belt. It is usually 5-8 degrees cooler up here with the gentle breeze that comes off the mountain day or night providing an ideal temperature. We had a wonderful time at the Kope cottage. Great location away from the touristy spots.Very private with beautiful views. House had everything we needed. We also rented the Tesla that was offered to us and thoroughly enjoyed that too. The only bad part was that we had to leave!

We were the first guests of the new owners of this beautiful property, there were minor hiccups but quickly solved and the interactions we had were lovely. We would stay here again for sure. The views were stunning. The elevation meant cool nights. We were away from tourists. And we fell in love with the little artistic town nearby. Snorking, beaches, good food, were all minutes away. Waimea and Parker Ranch were about an hour one direction. The volcanos were about 1.5 hours. Really perfect. We worked during the day and the wifi speed was great once connected.

The cottage was perfect. Stocked with everything needed and the view from the porch set the mood for a great start and end to each day. Landlords live on property was a plus with very helpful recommendations for activities and dinning. Coffee cultivation and roasting demonstration a rewarding additional benefit. Highly recommend property.

We wanted to stay a little off the center of Kona and found this amazing house. We stayed in the Kobe cottage. The views and the pool are amazing. Everything provided that you can think of and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Can fully recommend staying in this gem. Had an amazing stay!!!

the property was beautiful and our stay here was exactly everything that i could have hoped for. it was cozy and comfortably out of the way, and randy and atsumi were incredible hosts. couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Atsumi and Randall are wonderful hosts. The house is situated to have wonderful sunsets and out of the hustle of the town of Kona. The combination of coffee farm, quiet facilities and the opportunity to learn about physical exercise techniques like Gyrotonics is unique. Atsumi is a master of improving health through muscle work that is much different than typical weight lifting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We had an amazing time here. Randy and Atsumi were wonderful hosts and we thanks them for sharing their stories and their coffee with us. Everything about this place is wonderful, from the incredible views to the sounds of the wildlife at night. I only wish we'd had more time to spend here, but we will definitely come back if we find ourselves on the Big Island again. Mahalo!

A great quiet and serene stay. Randy and Atsumi were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed a lot of time on the private lanai enjoying the view and the quiet privacy of the cottage. We spent a lot of time exploring the island, so being a little ways from more touristy area of Ali'i Drive was of no concern for us. The bed could use a mattress topper to improve its comfort, but otherwise the space was perfect for our stay.

We loved the cottage from the first moment. We enjoyed the awesome views, the incredible infinity pool and the sunsets from the hot tub. Thanks to Atsumi and Randy for sharing this place and the coffee and the papayas and the oranges,... and for the roasting instruction. We would like to come back!

The property is amazing! My husband and son and I enjoyed the early morning and sunsets on the patio of the cottage. The house is well-appointed and beautifully maintained and the pool is gorgeous. Randy and Atsumi were wonderful hosts and even offered to help when we had a mixup with our rental car. I would love to go back!
