We enjoyed a long weekend away with friends. Thank you for opening up your property to guests.

Location was great for a quiet lake weekend and had a dock for us to tie up our rented boat. Indoor and outdoor spaces were nice and worked well for our group of 10 adults. Accommodations were almost perfect, but there was a large hole and water damage in the ceiling of one of the basement guest rooms. We discovered this upon arrival and after getting in touch with the property owner, we were told "sorry, we meant to get that fixed but didn't have time." No compensation was offered. The basement was also littered with millipedes (mostly dead) and the cleaning service didn't seem to ever vacuum under the beds (lots of dead bugs). We also had to make our own beds (mild inconvenience) and the trash receptables on site were both already full upon arrival.

Our family and friends had an awesome stay at Cozy Cove. The house was well-stocked and very clean - even more stocked than described online. The lake was beautiful and quiet especially during the week when there was very little loud motor craft. The porch swing by the lake was a perfect spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset. Bring water shoes because the lake is pretty shallow near the dock and there are some water bugs that get stirred up but its very refreshing to swim in on hot summer days and great for all ages and abilities. A couple of small things: A window covering in the upstairs bedroom would be nice. There was firewood provided, however we didn't see a shovel or way to deal with the ash to clean. There was a little confusion with the checkout instructions because of conflicts between the emailed instructions and the printed binders in the house. Photos show no couches in main living room, but there are two large couches that are nice and comfy. Note: the neighbors live there full time and are very nice. Just make sure to keep their side of the dock and property free for their use. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lake vacation.

The location of this home is great for a relaxing get away. The streets are perfect for walks or bike rides. The cove is set apart from the main lake so it is very peaceful. Most days we were the only ones in the water. The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you would need for making meals. We loved the paddle boards and kayaks. My only complaint is that we did not book the house for an extra week!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful lake house. The dock and boathouse were a big hit with the kids for swimming. Fire pit was great. Plenty of family games to play inside.

This home was perfect for our summer getaway. It had everything we needed and the property manager went above and beyond with a large request we needed looked into. We loved it!!!

We loved this property. It was quiet and beautiful. Each morning we listened to 25 different species of birds singing. Fishing and swimming off dock. Host was very gracious allowing us to use dock, boat lifts, paddle boards, canoes, life vests, etc. That is unusual but wonderful. The bathroom had a big shower. Full size frig upstairs & downstairs. TV upstairs had Netflix, YouTube music played through Bose surround sound system upstairs. Seperate tv downstairs. Full wet bar downstairs with ice making machine! We were allowed to bring our small dogs! Only downside of our stay: septic sewer located near outdoor fire pit. Smell made it unbearable to sit around the fire at night. We loved this place and highly recommend it!!
