簡單商務的感受，沒有浴帽

Cukup bagus buat tempat istirahat setelah melakukan penerbangan panjang, cukup dekat dari airport kanzai, hanya satu perhentian dari airport Ada taman deket hotel, asyik buat jalan-jalan pagi

関西空港から　ひと駅で 近いので　予約しましたが 予想以上に　部屋は　広く ベットも寝心地が　良かったです。 そして　バスルームも広い！ 部屋からの景色もよく アウトレットも歩いていけます。 子供の海外留学の前日での宿泊で 早朝の無料送迎バスがあり 利用させてもらいました。 とても　快適だったので 留学からの帰りの日も　予約しました。

隣のホテルと　迷ってしまいました。

Close to airport and train stations , great for a stop over if you arrive late. Excellent breakfast with amazing views. Would highly recommend

Location near KIX. Easier for early flight plus the hotel provides free shuttle service. Room is spacious and comfortable. Not much things to do at the surrounding town. The nearby outlet isn’t much to shout about. Most stuff are expensive.

搭地鐵到臨空城站，出站找3號出口就到飯店二樓，再搭電梯到一樓辦理入住手續，很方便，房間夠大，行李箱都能打開攤平放著，高樓層景觀佳，枕頭軟硬度沒問題，我不睡太軟的。

接待小姐很客氣，非常熱心解說~房間非常大,兩張單人床是給兩張大床,床很舒服~景色好、地點佳,走路5分鐘有一個好大的超市,最後一天來這裡補足餅乾糖果，返國最後一晚住這裡，建議中午附近就到，可以充分逛outlet,離臨空城真的很近可惜當初規劃行程時,太晚才到這裡了....我們住23樓的view的夜景很漂亮 如果隔天是要坐早班飛機的大推,要坐接駁車的,Check in就要先預約喔,我們坐7:50 免費的接駁車至機場 很方便也省了一筆費用,下次會再來住這裡的~

The room: So much larger than standard and have everything you need. There are two bottles of water provided. The location: Super convenient, right next to the Rinku train station and only couples of minutes walk to Rinku-town premium outlet

地點非常方便，景色一級棒，早餐好吃。

Proximity to the airport and the premium outlets. Right across the street to Rinku Premium Outlets and just 1 stop away from the airport. Polite and helpful hotel staffs. Free airport shuttle. Clean. Comfy bed. Coffee shop with discount. Air purifier and humidifier provided in the room.

One of the rooms we stayed has a huge truss structure blocking the only window and eating up the floor space. This results in less natural light coming in and losing about 6m² usable space. It should've been communicated with us when given the room. Direction to the hotel lobby is a bit complicated but easy to follow. The hotel switched the whole building to heating only mode in winter time so no AC if you want it. You can only ask to switch your room to fan mode. Window can't be opened to let the fresh air in.

就在臨空城車站出來，車站附近很高的大樓，很好認。離超市步行10分鐘內，適合第一天或最後一天住宿。

A great hotel conveniently located close to the airport. The room was above expectations, very clean, spacious, and provided with everything a traveler could need or ask for.

We filtered our search for a hotel close to the airport with a free shuttle bus to take us there (to the airport). However, when I went to book the shuttle bus I was told the bus was full and we'd unfortunately have to make our own way to the airport. We took a taxi which added an extra US $32 to the cost of our stay. Considering we had chosen the hotel for the additional service, I thought the hotel could have picked up the cost of the taxi. The receptionist was very apologetic but didn't offer this option.

Located directly near the bridge to Kansai Airport, this hotel is perfect for a night or two before or after a flight. Direct access to the train station near the airport, shuttle service from 5 am for the early flight, shopping center with foodcourt and restaurants 3 minutes (walking) away. An outlet center nearby. Toyota car rental right next to the hotel, so you can just take the train from the airport for one stop and save the airport fee. Rooms are the largest we've had during our 10 weeks in Japan, quiet, clean, super friendly, english speaking staff. Great view over the bay (19th floor and higher). Great breakfast on the 53rd floor with a view over the whole bay. All for a really low price. I definitely recommend this hotel for a start or a relaxed end of a trip.

Lobby was a bit tricky to find when coming from the train station, you'll want to cross the bridge from the station and then go down to the ground floor inside the hotel building. There's not really any touristic value in the area except the Outlet center or the airport.

部屋がとても綺麗で過ごしやすかった

駅とホテルの往来で傘は不要。何しろ、駅の中と言える距離。

強いてあげれば、チェックイン時､女性スタッフから「素泊まりですね」と言われた時はむかっとしました。貧乏でホテルの朝食をケチったと詰られたと受け止めました。

Easy walk from train station.

Noise from adjacent room. Sound travels through a gap and felt like someone is talking outside my window on 23rd storey!

The room was new and clean. Staff was very nice and good communication. Connected to the station by a foot bridge so really easy to find and access.

関空から近く早朝に送迎してくれたこと コンビニやスーパーがあったこと

Huge room with two beds in one area and a sofa bed in a separate area on the other side of the room, with a door and bathroom between both sleeping areas. Clean and modern, with a nice view out the window as it's quite high up and has no other tall buildings around to obstruct the view. Convenient location to get both from the Rinku town train station (directly adjoining), and to Kansai Airport for an early morning flight, especially with a shuttle bus available downstairs. Just make sure you book the shuttle on checkin so you don't have to worry about it on the day you fly.

The room was overly warm and whether the AC is heating/cooling is centrally controlled depending on season, so we couldn't bring the temperature down enough to sleep comfortably.

Great location, close to the airport, offers airport shuttle, plenty of choice for Lunch/Dinner around. The double room is quite big and comfy!

As a smoker it was quite annoying that the smoking area was quite far! Wish it was like Stargate Hotel ( upper floors of the same building ) and had their own smoking areas, but that is only something for the smokers to consider.

ロケーションは良かった。室内は清潔できれいだった。

部屋に窓の前に大きな斜めのはりがあり、ほぼ窓としては機能していない部屋だった。設備は加湿器の調子が悪く交換してもらった。ライトのスイッチが分かりづらかった。髭剃りの保護カバーが外れづらく、要改善事項だ。電話をすると丁寧に対応してくれた点は良かった。
