We stayed with the family for the long weekend. We enjoyed our stay. Willa was right in the city centre, with parking. Rooms were super spacious. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

First time to Zakopane

The hotel is centrally located and on our visit the town was full of road works and diversions, so getting there was not easy. On our arrival at 14.50,we were quite bluntly told that check in was at 15.00. Not the best first impression. Everything else was fine. The room was a good size with a balcony over looking the town. The location is great.

I can see at busy times parking could be an issue, we got a space in front of the hotel, so no problems.

The location and apartment were perfect!!

The location was perfect!! It was right outside of the main road where you could walk to all of the shops and restaurants. The apartment was also a lot bigger than expected and had everything that we needed.

One not really pleasant week

The trip was with my partner, we had booked a triple bedroom for 1 week. (+) size was how expected; (+) really good Location.

(-) Toilet had a terrible sewage smell all the time. (-) Cleaning supposed to happened 3 days after we arrived, but the cleaning lady came, my partner told her to come back later or next day and she never came back, so we didn't have any cleaning for over a week, even when asked for 2 times; (-) The breakfast was very, very, very poor. (-) Staff keep me sending creepy messages for over 4 weeks, after the stay, to change my review, offering us vouchers for another stay if I changed and give them a better rate. I didn't get any voucher because we won't come back to the place, but anyway, I'd changed my review because was unfair not explain why the low rate review.

In total some notes only. Was no air condition - sleep badly in case of hot weather. Dosator of soap doses too much of soap.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Zakopane

Great apartment right by the main tourist street of Zakopane, with restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment was spacious, with everything we needed. Easy parking right outside, secured.

Absolute perfect location in city centre. Big room, clean, comfortable beds, warm bathroom with floor heating. Friendly and helpful staff.

There's no storage room in bathroom. Wine opener but no wine glasses. Finding reception can be confusing with other reception nearby.
