Great location and room but the pool needs an overhaul
Great location with the pier and grand bazaart being within a 5 mins walk. The hotel rooms and bedding was comfortable. WiFi was also one of the better hotels.
The indoor pool was freezing cold. The outdoor pool needs a complete makeover. There's not enough chairs and the pool itself is cheap and nasty and in need of a major overhaul.

Conveniently located but lacks the oomph of a 4 star hotel.
- Location was ideal - Staff were very friendly - Breakfast menu was delicious
- Overall room quality was sub-par at best - 1 or 2 charging outlets were broken - Fridge was barely operating

If you cannot trust the staff, the concept of professionalism and hospitality is lost. This hotel is to be avoided.

The staff at the front desk had really disgusting behavior. He tried to get us to take a different cab than the one we had booked on Booking.com, presenting the driver as the person waiting for us. We had clearly said that we had already booked a cab, and the person told us that that was precisely our cab. In the meantime, however, the real driver arrived. It was a pathetic attempt at cheating. Already we had been cheated the first night by being offered a poor restaurant with high prices.
