A day bed in the office/bonus room can also be used to sleep two small children. Three additional bedrooms are on the second floor (one King, one Queen, and one Twin). Meta, Microsoft, and Nintendo can be easily reached in a few minutes by car. For shopping, downtown Redmond (Trader Joe’s, Redmond Town Center, restaurants, fitness studios, parks) is 2 miles away, while downtown Bellevue is 10 miles. The beautiful Sammamish River Trail is less than 6 minutes away on foot. Using the trail, you can reach many of the Woodinville wineries or connect to the Burke-Gilman Trail. Other Things to Note: 1- Guests will need to climb stairs. There are a few steps in front of the main entrance and there is a stair from the first/ground floor to the top floor. The master bedroom is on the main floor. 2- AC is on the second floor only. No AC is on the first floor but we provide fans 3- There are 2 sets of washers and dryers on each floor making it convenient to do laundry for families and a big group. 4- The owner uses the basement for storage; hence is not available for guests.
