This fully renovated three bedroom open concept bungalow is spacious and yet so cozy! Just two blocks to the beach and two blocks to downtown you are within walking distance of absolutely everything in Jaco. Everything has been redone in this house top to bottom. The backyard has your own private pool and bar. It is so lovely back there you won't want to leave, peace and quiet, birds singing and flowers blooming. Inside there are three bedrooms, an open concept living room ,dining room & kitchen, lots of space for a friendly gathering. ..!!

The home was extremely comfortable and clean. Short walk to everything you need. Pool came in handy for a cool down. Katie was always available and very friendly. Great stay.

Needs a welcome letter to inform about taxis WiFi food etc. that’s all . Everything else was fine

The area where the pool is located in the back of the house is pleasant to rest.
No cable TV only apps, Netflix was not working on the main TV.
The host Katie was very attentive responding to all communications and very accommodating.

Perfect house, perfect location close to everything in Jaco and still a private oasis, especially the lovely pool area! Katie has thought of everything to create a beautiful house and very comfortable stay. More stars are needed, Katie is the most amazing host, always available to help and can't say enough thanks for going out of her way in accommodating our stay!
