The Space: This stylish fully furnished studio apartment with garden views is in great condition and offers tile throughout and a large balcony including lounge chairs and dining area with table and four chairs. "The Grand Getaway 1172" is a first level (fully air- conditioned) studio apartment with Kitchen, Dining area, Living area with two club chairs, and a King Bed with 55" TV. It is equipped with FREE WIFI including the Highest Speed Internet offered and Cable TV with over 35+ channels. Some nights may be noisy as the apartment is close to the main street side of the building. For families / friends that wish to group together, "Sublime Stay 1173" is a 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 "Heavenly Haven 1170" is a 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 "Optimum Oasis 1182" is a Studio apartment closer to the pool on the same floor and sleeps 2. Guest Access: You have access to the entire apartment and large private pool at La Terrasse and the front desk reception provides free towel service (with deposit). The Neighborhood: Maho Beach is one of the most famous beaches in the world, located at the end of the runway of Princess Juliana International Airport, laying the scene for many vacation movies that have gone viral. At the epicenter of Sint Maarten, Maho Village is a destination within a destination that redefines entertainment, dining, shopping and gaming in a vibrant resort atmosphere. Steps away from the famous plane landings over Maho Beach, duty-free boutiques, a host of award-winning restaurants, bars, cafés and lounges to suit every palate and mood, while show-stopping scenes create memorable Maho moments. Getting Around: Local Bus throughout the island Taxi Walk throughout Maho Village Rental Car: Underground parking is located at the building for $5/day. The front reception desk will issue you a key card. Other Things to Note: The apartment is privately owned and located in the Royal Islander Complex building La Terrasse. It is a plane spotting paradise between 7am-7pm. The average temp in the winter months is 28C (82F) during the day and 25C (75F) at night. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 30 days of check in; 50% refund within 7 days of check in; no refund after that. There is a 5% fee associated with refunds. Interaction with Guests: Check-in is at the Royal Islander La Terrasse on the main level. Maintenance onsite and housekeeping can be requested from us. From booking to check out, the entire experience was excellent! Unit exceeded our expectations and Jeff constantly checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Without hesitation we will book with Jeff again at his beautiful property!

There was four of us staying in two rooms. The rooms where on the 1st floor, but we were very close to the WE Lounge , so it was base noisy till the we hours of the morning. Great place to stay , just not too close to the lounge and you’ll be fine.

Property was exactly as described. Communication was excellent with owner. Pool was perfect as well as the entire property. Do not hesitate to stay in this property. It’s clean, safe and everything you need for a wonderful stay. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can watch the planes land and take off from the pool deck as well as watch the sunset. Free beach chairs available as well as beach towels from sister property across the street! We will be back! Great property!

Very nice condo in a great location safe island, fun island plenty of restaurant's beaches and bars close by. easy to pick up Taxis across the street at taxi station. don't waste money getting a rental car unless you a a explorer. pool and small pool bar was nice (pool bar cash only) don't convert money they accept American dollars everywhere and credit cards.

Everything was wonderful. Enjoyed staying in Maho, so many restaurants and lounges and extra bonus Casino is right next door. Unit was fine for a short stay, internet spotty but to be expected being so close to airport. Definitely a good stay !

From the moment of booking until check out~ I was super impressed. Great communication with detailed direction! Upon arrival to unit, very clean, and a beautiful garden view, just a few steps from a glorious pool/hot tub/bar. It was a treat to see coffee/dish soap/and so many other necessities! *not sure if past guest left or if this was an upgrade due to great host. There is a market next door, tons of fantastic places to eat, a casino with the best sushi I've every had! If you are looking for a place surrounded by beautiful views, no need for a car, walk anywhere within minutes... This is your place!! We will be back!!
