Lots of space at a great price
The showerhead was really low. I am 5'7" and had to squat to rinse my hair

I called the resort directly to inquire about the room I booked & realized what I booked was not what I was looking for. Riley generously upgraded us for free! The cabin she put us in was beautiful & exactly what we were looking for! Riley really helped make our stay perfect!!
The kitchen could have been stocked with paper towels. I didn’t realize we needed to bring our own for the kitchen.

Location was nice.
The property was in disrepair. Toilet and shower had constant drips. The bathroom sink drain was stuck shut. Electrical junctions with no covers. Coffee table was made of particle board and sagging. Kitchen table was dirty. The chair swings on the grounds we’re broken. The decking on the dock was unstable. The exterior electrical conduit under the dock was broken with wires hanging into the water.

The space was very clean and comfortable. The bedding was new.
The parking is problematic. There was someone parking in our spot both nights and we were inconvenienced. There was no place to park.

The view was spectacular, right in Lake George. The staff was super helpful and amazing. It was charming.

The room was so cosy, warm, and very clean. We were in rm 305 which had lots of space, 2 little rocking chairs, a huge very comfy bed, a little fridge, also nice hot shower. Best sleep I've had in ages. Easy check in and out, and communication with staff and owner was easy (very important when coming in from overseas). Happily recommend this place, and will definitely stay here again next time we're in town.
Not a big deal, but we found the internet a bit slow ... but that could've been our old computer.

Wonderful harbor, large complex, nice, comfortable cottages, lots of docs for a boat, terrific view from the land and beach.
Refresh the furniture (looks really old), put property plan in various location - there are a lot of cottages, buildings, it all looks a bit chaotic.

Beautiful grounds. Clean & inviting cottage. Gorgeous view of Lake George. Comfy lounge chairs await on the beach. Kayaking available right on the beach. Multiple playgrounds for the kids. Many different sport courts, and all of the equipment to go with them available to borrow at the main office. Super friendly and helpful staff. Large Crystal clean and warm pool that is maintained daily. Clearly marked reserved parking for each cottage. Easy walk up the hill to a deli/market, as well as a really good pancake/steakhouse!
Couch springs were broken below cushion on left side, so it sank when sitting (even under a slim child’s weight). Floor molding running between dining & living area made an awful tile crumbling crackling sound if not carefully avoided when walking through.. every time. Bathroom needs a venting fan. BBQ grill situated in a spot where all of the smoke drifts directly into neighbors faces while they sit outside on their patio. Kayaking cost was pretty steep for a resort. It cost the same price as independent places further down the lake. That being said, it was still a fun thing to do while staying at Depe Dene, and didn’t stop us from renting kayaks anyway.

It was very family friendly . At the front desk checkin the two young men were very friendly but when I asked about water tubing they never heard of it lol

clean, nice size for my family, the cabin was pretty nice. Kitchen had pots and pan and everything to cook. Great rate for a 3-bedroom cabin.

We rented a lakeview townhouse that looked over Lake George. The size of the townhouse, sleeping accommodations, and kitchen were all very good. There were lots of activities available at the resort but we were limited to a one night's stay so we didn't get to participate in them. We would love to try them when we have a longer stay.
The resort is under new ownership and there are many cosmetic details that need attention, Our lake view deck needed a paint job, walkways needed some care, and other visual enhancements need to be made.

Bathroom was small and could use a renovation.

Lots of improvements being made to the property, we've been coming for years and noticed the changes immediately! Love the new bedding, and carpets. Also new boat rentals with fresh lifejackets. Having someone down on the beach to help with the boats was a nice change. Can't wait to come back next year for our annual Lake George getaway.

Convenient to the wedding venue we were attending this particular weekend. The front desk receptionist (and property manager), "Reilly" was very cordial and helpful. Our two bedroom room was very clean.
The kitchenette was lacking in several respects. Coffee cups but no flatware, not even a teaspoon.

Master bedroom was very nice- huge bed nicely made with comforters, sheets, pillows. Master bedroom was very cozy, especially with the bedside lights. Charging ports were convenient. Location was very close to most other attractions and only ten minutes down from the main strip of activity/shops/lake view, etc.
Maintenance was very poor. No smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, light switches were not functioning properly, many pincher bugs in shower/bedroom floor, shower drain seemed to be clogged and made strange, gargling noise every so often, walls/ceiling was caulked with puddy, no fan in bathroom, bath faucet was loose from wall, electrical work above bathroom was out in the open in ceiling of neighboring room.

Great resort, beautiful house
Patio was dirty with a lot of chipmunk poo when we got there. So we had to asked them to clean it and they came right away so that was nice.

Location is beautiful. Walk out my door depending on what room you're in your on the sandy beach. Plenty of parking..all the swings that were placed in different spots so you can just sit and relax.
My room 41 had broken blinds I had to put a towel in window in bedroom didn't want people to peek in. Because the bedroom window was in patio court yard.
