The location was simply spectacular. The biggest feature was only having to share a beach with the other properties along it. The house was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was very well equiped. There was plenty of space to park multiple cars and the yard was large enough for a few dogs to run around. The host, Maria, was very communicative and responsive with questions and issues.

The only thing that became occasionally annoying was sharing one full bathroom with 7 people. There was also a bedroom that you had to go through another bedroom to get to, but it didn't bother me as I was not in either.

Location, amenities, access to ocean, cleanliness, well appointed kitchen.

Needed a couple more rugs by the beds and in the lounge. But definitely not a deal breaker.
