BEDROOM 3 (Sleeps 5) Twin over full bunk bed with full trundles, Smart TV, Playstation 4, and board games. Sliding doors that give access to side yard where the basketball hoop is. Our MAX car capacity is 7 CARS on our property ( covered port, driveway, in front of garage, and parking on the side of the home inside gates and on the rocky part outside of gates.) This is taking into consideration that there will be no Boats/Jet skis on site. If you will be bringing a boat/Jet skis, parking capacity will decrease. PETS >Sorry, we can not provide accommodations for your furry friends! We do have other listings that can, so please reach out if this is a must! >Child has allergic reaction to dog/cat hair so no pets is a strict policy >If the pet is an emotional support/service animal we ask for paperwork and an extra $200 cleaning fee and a $200 deposit >$300 fine if a pet is brought without prior discussion DEPOSIT $500-$1000 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection LEFT BEHIND ITEMS $10 service charge added to shipping cost BBQ GRILL >We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure.
